New owners but the same menu as before ... they're doing it just as well, as far as I can tell. Delicious soups (tomato bisque and a butternut squash soup that was very interesting); relatively few vegetarian choices overall but the grilled cheese is very good.

We had an adequate lunch at the Mosquito Fleet Chili. Admittedly, it was a second choice. We had the quiche and the chili and they were good, but would have been better (4 stars) if not so salty. The patio on the waterfront was a plus. Service was reasonable.

This was our second choice, as we didn't realize Toby's was an actual full-fledged bar that doesn't allow minors. We sat outside, which was nice. Service was friendly. The olive bread was excellent, especially for the grilled cheese sandwich. The mussels were a little off, but the sauce was good. The serving size was small for the price. We'd definitely... More

The food was good, we both had the chili and the cornbread was excellent. The homemade bread that others had looked really good as well. Limited menu selection, but excellent service. Very eclectic menu and decor.

Weather permitting, it is nice to sit on their small patio. Food is good and reasonably priced. Pies are so so. Atmosphere is most friendly. Not easy to get to if going up and down steep stairs is an issue with you.

Under new management for over a year, the Mosquito Fleet is holding its own. Friendly atmosphere, nice people managing, good lunch fare, and good breakfast food too. Great view of Penn Cove. One of the many good alternatives on Front Street in Sioux Falls.

I was very warmly greeted and took a seat looking out over Penn Cove with a wonderful view of Mt baker. I enjoyed a generous serving of squash soup served with two slices of homemade toast. I topped it off with a tasty slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The service was friendly and attentive. I plan to go... More

New owners, haven't a clue. Nothing is like the old owners put out. Cleanliness is not good either. Service and concern for customers is near zero. English proficiency is poor and they seem unable to care. Save your money and go elsewhere. BTW, this place is in Langley, not Coupville. So what gives with some of these reviews? We won't... More

We noticed the sign for this restaurant and headed down the stairs. I wasn't sure what to expect as I was pretty sure I didn't want chili. The chili was a major feature of the menu but we chose the Salmon and Asparagus quiche which came with a beautifully presented and tasty little salad. The quiche was excellent and our... More

Enjoyed lunch on the outside deck. There is also a lovely inside dining room with great views. The chili was excellent. The cornbread is probably the best I've ever had. The cornbread is so moist. It's made in house.
