Weather permitting, it is nice to sit on their small patio. Food is good and reasonably priced. Pies are so so. Atmosphere is most friendly. Not easy to get to if going up and down steep stairs is an issue with you.

Under new management for over a year, the Mosquito Fleet is holding its own. Friendly atmosphere, nice people managing, good lunch fare, and good breakfast food too. Great view of Penn Cove. One of the many good alternatives on Front Street in Sioux Falls.

I was very warmly greeted and took a seat looking out over Penn Cove with a wonderful view of Mt baker. I enjoyed a generous serving of squash soup served with two slices of homemade toast. I topped it off with a tasty slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The service was friendly and attentive. I plan to go... More

New owners, haven't a clue. Nothing is like the old owners put out. Cleanliness is not good either. Service and concern for customers is near zero. English proficiency is poor and they seem unable to care. Save your money and go elsewhere. BTW, this place is in Langley, not Coupville. So what gives with some of these reviews? We won't... More

We noticed the sign for this restaurant and headed down the stairs. I wasn't sure what to expect as I was pretty sure I didn't want chili. The chili was a major feature of the menu but we chose the Salmon and Asparagus quiche which came with a beautifully presented and tasty little salad. The quiche was excellent and our... More

Enjoyed lunch on the outside deck. There is also a lovely inside dining room with great views. The chili was excellent. The cornbread is probably the best I've ever had. The cornbread is so moist. It's made in house.

Last year, my guy friend and I were walking down the quaint main street in Coupeville and smelled the aroma of baking bread that turned out to be the most wonderful cinnamon rolls. We bought many to bring home and freeze so we could have a "little" taste throughout the next few weeks. I also had an amazing chili while... More

We ate lunch here based on past reviews not knowing that the ownership had changed. The food was average but the service and the atmosphere was poor. The waitstaff did not seem to understand English very well. The place had tons of flies and felt like a dive bar.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. On 3/23/13, I was there with my mom who highly recommended the place based on eating there years ago, as well as my aunt and cousin from out of town. My mom ordered the tomato bisque and grilled cheese sandwich. The tomato bisque was cold. My aunt ordered the salmon quiche which was... More

We were at the Musselfest last weekend and even saved room for our favorite little cafe in Coupeville, Mosquito Fleet. My son even asked the week before if we would eat there. The ownership has changed and you notice it right when you walk in the door. The place just feels different. Last time we were in the place was... More
