Both the restaurant and bar are great when visiting Mammoth! The restaurant downstairs offers some nice bottles of wine and the food will make your mouth water! The bar/nightlife scene upstairs is always a good time. Sometimes they have live bands and other times DJ's. Every now and then even some well known blast from the past bands.

Typical American food well served and presented, superb views of the mountains and excellent value for a night out with a choice of eating in the bar or restaurant.

Stopped here on a Saturday night for a very filling meal. Decent value, very homely, and a good atmosphere. Chicken pie went down very well. As did the pasta with prawns. The waiting staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Good range of local beers from Mammoth Brewery. Try the Cookie Monster for desert - but best split it between two!

I love whiskey creek's happy hour... but i dislike that unless you get there early, you'll have a hard time finding a seat up there. There are a few good restaurants at Mammoth and this is one. They have a vibrant bar scene as well as lovely dining room. Happy hour allows you to eat great food for 1/2 price. Enjoy!

We came in twice while skiing this week in Mammoth and Whiskey Creek has one of the best happy hour menu's in town. I went for the flat iron steak twice, ($10.00) and it was great. We also tried the portobello mushroom sandwich and salad, also fantastic. This should definitely be one of your happy hour stops in Mammoth.

We have eaten at Whisky Creek's happy hour many times and every meal has been delicious. If you go to their Happy Hour, you must get there as soon as it starts, they have some menu items half off in the bar. Along with beer, wine specials.

Good beer. That's all for the good news. Food is incredibly pre-fab and tastes like it - salty! My son had never met a plate of ribs he didn't like until we ate here.
