We've been to Skadia on last 2 trips to Mammoth, and great experiences both times. Ambience is tops, food authentic European, service friendly. Best place we've found in Mammoth. We'll be back!

Went on Sunday night. Sat at the bar. Terrifically attentive service -- not too much, not too little. Mushroom soup was excellent, salmon was even better and the panna cotta was even better than that. Have been 3x and will be back again soon. I highly recommend Skadi.

Eaten here twice. Both times excellent - really a cut above. Interesting and utterly delicious menu - great game, fish, wine list (though you can byo for $20 corkage). Perfect service.
