Express gourmet food at reasonable prices for a resort town. The coconut pancake is phenomenal and the breakfast burritos are great also. Not sure if it's just my palate, but the famous lobster taquitos, while still tasty, were better when Mr. Toomey had the deli at the Mobile gas station in Lee Vining.

Chef Matt Toomey relocated to Mammoth from the Whoa Nellie Deli at the Lee Vining Mobil Mart a few years ago. A diverse menu for all meals. My go to for breakfast is the smoked trout bagel. For lunch, I usually go with the lobster taquitos, which I first discovered when Matt was still at Whoa Nellie Deli. We would... More

Very friendly staff and interesting decor to check out whilst food prepared. Good menu options. Our meals were tasty and excellent value for money.

Looking for a place for lunch in the village we found Toomey's. Tiny little restaurant with amazing fresh cuisine! Our server was amazing too!!! We had questions on a few selections and she answered all and then some. The owner of the restaurant came over to everyone's table asking how everything was and where we were all from. Nice little... My husband and I were looking for a good dinner in Mammoth that was not going to cost us an arm and a leg. We found Toomey's in the restaurant book, read the menu, checked out the prices, and made our choice. Considering the food they offer, we were really surprised when we arrived and found that it was a... More

Good prices for Mammoth. Onion soup and grilled cheese was very good. The crab cakes were not but the salad with the cakes were. They serve local beers which were all good

Toomey's is our go-to when visiting Mammoth Lakes. We always spend a few days in Mammoth every October for my bday and to check out the Fall colors, and we might eat at Toomey's more than once... their menu is that good and diverse. The Buffalo meatloaf is my favorite, a huge portion of perfectly seasoned and cooked meatloaf. Great... More

The menu deserves a classier ambiance...The restaurant is located on the street level in three adjacent storefronts. There is sidewalk seating as well as indoor seating. There is one fire-pit table for four by far the best seat in the entire restaurant. The decor is very basic, the food definitely isn't. The menu offers some cool choices like buffalo meatloaf... We ate two breakfast meals and everyone of us were not disappointed. The real kicker was a Burger that I already miss! Wow was it tasted and yep when I asked for medium rare I got it. The beef was superb. You could have buffalo as well. They had an everyday dinner menu on steroids. Priced to want to order... More
