We look forward to meeting here after a morning of biking on the mountain and it's our favorite lunch stop. It can get a little crowded but not bad. It's nice to choose your ingredients. Consistently good!

Thank you The Pita Pit for awesome pita sandwiches! We did take away and we were so happy with our selections: one Meat and one Vegetarian. Your pita sandwiches accompanied our 2012 Sunce Chardonnay perfectly. We will return tomorrow for rake away because your pitas are awesome! Thanks dudes!

Great select of pitas for every type of pita lover. Very filling and great food! The slight, but fast moving line indicates how delicious the food is. There is a selection for kids too. Thought I would be good to share one because they looked huge, but I ate one all by myself (I'm a girl!)

Something for everyone. Hummus pita's with all the veggies and their secret sauce, delicious. They have a variety of pits's to choose from. Blt, club, turkey, etc.

After a long drive from SoCal to Mammoth Lakes, we just wanted to grab something simple for dinner. So we drove from our resort to the Village, and discovered this little gem. We each ordered a pita (1 chicken, 1 falafel, 1 "Local"), and we were all very happy with our choices. The pitas are served wrap-style, on thin pita... More

Very delicious falafel and a great choice of fresh fixings and sauces. Great for a snack and a healthy eating in mammoth mountain.

If you want a yummy healthy sandwich, head to the Pita Pit. You get your choice of protein, veggies and sauces wrapped up exactly how you want it in a warm pita. The service is fast and the food is fresh and the prices are super affordable. The vegetarian sandwiches are $7 and the meat sandwiches are $8. I had... More

Threw up within two hours after eating a giros pita. Meat was a prefab slice, not comparable to original giros (looked and tasted artificial). Vegetables looked and tasted fresh. Bread was mediocre. Price was OK, but should have trusted my instincts and not have finished after the first bite. Sorry, but would not recommend.

Vacationing with my wife and the dog in Mammoth Lakes, we stopped for lunch in The Village @ the Pita Pit. The staff was courteous and friendly, moved quickly, and provided our lunch salads without delay. The food was fresh, tasty, and creative. This is a do-over for sure.

This wasn't my first visit to a Pita pit, but my first to this location. The food is nothing special, just okay. If you like sandwiches, then you might like this place. The service was pretty good, but it was pretty empty when we were there. Not the cleanest place though as some of the tables weren't wiped off and... More
