We visit Blue Sky Cafe at least twice a month. Their menu is eclectic which makes for a fun breakfast experience. We haven't had anything on their menu that we don't like. The only downfall is you tend to smell like food when you leave because of the open kitchen but it's really not that big of a deal.

Went here for breakfast during a December weekend at Christmas. Good breakfast food and a big menu to choose from. It is pretty small so it gets very full and noisy, but food makes up for it.

We just ate breakfast here since it was so close to the hotel we stayed at. The atmosphere of the cafe is unique and very inviting. The food, was just ok. If it wasn't for the cool environment, I don't think we would have been happy with our breakfast choice. If your reading this, it might be best to pop... More

Loved it, loved it, loved it. The vibe, the menu, the service - I really hit a home run this afternoon for brunch. Also, it didn't hurt that the men's room was tastefully decorated in chalked graffiti! I sat at the counter and recommend that to anyone who thinks working in a cafe is an easy job; these people work,... More

Excellent sweet and savory breakfast dishes! The chefs really know how to combine flavors for well-made, fresh meals! I only wish I could go more often.

The Blue Sky Cafe has the most unique and palatable breakfast delights we have ever enjoyed. They post daily breakfast specials that are one of a kind. They have an incredible selection on their menu and most of the items that they serve cannot be found anywhere else within 50 miles. We have eaten there a number of times and... More

We got to Blue Sky Cafe a little before noon. I wanted lunch, and saw that they had a burger with bacon, tomato, and cheese for a little over $8. I wanted lettuce instead of tomato, so I ordered that. When then bill came, I was charged for a burger, plus bacon, plus cheese, plus lettuce. The total cost was... More

Blue Sky is my favorite place for breakfast in the Lehigh Valley. The food is fresh, creative, and so scrumptious. Whenever we have out of town guests, this is where we bring them for a hearty send off breakfast. The space is nicely decorated, but small for the number of weekend customers, so get there early before the Lehigh students... More

The Blue Sky Café is a welcome addition to Easton's growing culinary scene. It is open for breakfast and lunch until 2 pm, and one can always order from the breakfast menu. Omelets are relatively inexpensive and egg combos are creative and delicious. I ordered the "Antonio" stir and it was delicious. Vegetables were fresh and tasty (even the tomatoes)... More

Wonderful little place and mean little. On the south side of Bethlehem it serves wonderful food with great service. We had to wait 20 mins to get in but it was well worth it. Fresh ingredients, prepared perfectly, and served with a flair. Best place for breakfast we had found in a long time.
