Blue Sky is my favorite place for breakfast in the Lehigh Valley. The food is fresh, creative, and so scrumptious. Whenever we have out of town guests, this is where we bring them for a hearty send off breakfast. The space is nicely decorated, but small for the number of weekend customers, so get there early before the Lehigh students... More

The Blue Sky Café is a welcome addition to Easton's growing culinary scene. It is open for breakfast and lunch until 2 pm, and one can always order from the breakfast menu. Omelets are relatively inexpensive and egg combos are creative and delicious. I ordered the "Antonio" stir and it was delicious. Vegetables were fresh and tasty (even the tomatoes)... More

Wonderful little place and mean little. On the south side of Bethlehem it serves wonderful food with great service. We had to wait 20 mins to get in but it was well worth it. Fresh ingredients, prepared perfectly, and served with a flair. Best place for breakfast we had found in a long time.

I recently got married at the Hotel Bethlehem and found this place to have breakfast with my girls the morning of the wedding. We are so happy we went here! We had the happiest waitress ever which was a great start to the day. I had the special, the lemon ricotta pancakes, and holy crap it was good! I tried... More

Reviews weren't bad. After arriving, we saw sign for "cash only". Ok with it as some places are starting to do that now (should be a red flag for IRS). Upon arrival, was advised it would be about 10 min wait for a group of 5. Had to wait outside as there were literally no space inside to wait -... More

The only negative thing to be said about this place is the wait. If there is one, you will be standing outside in the elements. That said, the place is amazing. It's a unique menu and the food is delicious. I got the breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. It has a little Mexican flare with fresh ingredients and a... More

Blue sky was a favorite week end breakfast place then the prices went up, quality down and it is dirty. No substitutions... Are you kidding me? I am paying for a meal that I can not get the way I want it?!

Loved it here. I got the organic eggs, over medium with delicious French toast. My husband got the special omelette with roasted peppers feta pesto and spinach. The pesto gave it great flavor. Delicious overall and friendly service. Well done ! A good place

Used to go to Blue sky often a few years ago.....now I remember why I stopped. The price is not justified. My 17 month old daughters one (totally ordinary) pumpkin pancake was 5$!!! My omelet with sausage and gouda was ok, but cost just under 10$ and comes only with toast that came out after i ate half my breakfast... More
