Awesome

Go here all the time it is great. Server Ben, Jon & Nicole are great,. I wish they would change some of the happy hour menu and put the salsa that comes with the chicken quesadilla back the way it was and same for the ketchup you get with the sweet potato fries.

This was not our first visit to blue, but I think it will be our last. We ordered the prime rib, at $49 each, and were served 2- inch thick grilled ribeye's smothered in a gravy. So disappointing, because they used to serve the best prime rib in town. The bread was hard, the broccolini was bland, and the server... More

Hello Sharon, thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that you spoke with our General Manager during your visit, and I appreciate you making your experience known to us. As our server mentioned, we have not changed the preparation of our prime rib, but I sincerely apologize that it was not up to our usual standard. I will certainly... More

Do not eat here if you are not going to order MEAT. I had the catch of the day from the PRICE fix menu, it was do not remember the name never heard of it before. Was to be cooked medium, but in fact came out over cooked very dry and too salty. My wife ordered the Crab Mac N... More

We had a large party of friends & family at Blue for a luncheon to celebrate my son 's First Holy Communion. We couldn't have asked for better service and the food was excellent. We had 26 people in all and not one person had a negative thing to say. Everyone raved about the food and service. I would highly... More

I had the opportunity to dine here twice in the last couple of weeks, once with friends and once with family. I so very much want to love this place. It is gorgeous, the service is stellar, and the cocktails are divine. I really enjoyed my Ceasar salad both times, best Ceasar salad ever. And that, sadly, is where the... More

My wife and I went with a friend and enjoyed the atmosphere since we could carry on a conversation without yelling and the great company. When you go to Blue stick to steak. My wife tried the seafood pasta and found the seafood skimpy. I enjoyed a filet, mushrooms, asparagus, and baked potato along with a martini and a nice... More

Fine dining at its finest! The cuisine, service and atmosphere are top notched at this Bethlehem PA restaurant. From the cream of asparagus and crab soup to the dark chocolate peanut butter dessert, there were oohs and aahs from my guests . Our waiter was knowledgable, friendly and professional. It was well worth the check total as gems like these... More

If you live in the Lehigh Valley or are coming through this area- stop here and eat the steak! Forget the overhyped and big name steakhouses in NY and Philly- I've been there too- you pay for their ego- here you pay for amazing cuts with real flavor!

This restaurant is beautifully decorated! I would go back just because of the ambiance. It is more upscale than your average restaurant. We went for brunch and the food and drinks we had were all good. We were a party of four. The service was outstanding. While this was not the best meal I ever had, I would definitely return... More

The ambiance is nice, the wait staff was friendly. The food was ok. I had the lobster ravioli and the pasta was harder than al dente. They don't serve ice tea but the waitress offered me an Arnold Palmer. I didn't realize they were going to serve me the Arizona Brand that I could have bought at the gas station... More
