A nice resurant.

I had the salmon, it was good. They serve my favorite beer there too, Chimay, but they jack up the price up way too high. I ordered one, but would liked to have had 2. The chocolate cake seems like it's made for people who diet. It was bland and boring and not worth finishing. The tomato soup was... read more

It has been our experience that for fine and/or casual dining (the outdoor patio) this is the best restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. The staff is professional and accommodating, and the food is superb. We've had dinner in the dining room, in a private room, at the bar, and out on the deck and each has a singular appeal. Wine... This was a perfect lunchtime meal for myself a some coworkers. The soup of the day was perfectly seasoned and tasty. My baby spinach salad with grilled salmon was just the right amount for lunch, the salmon was fresh, done properly, and worked well with the spinach. The others had a burger and a spinach salad with filet, both were... More

Good news first. Service excellent and food delicious. Not so good news. We could have had the same quality of meal prep and menu selection at a Ruby Tuesday, a nice chain of restaurants and for half the price. Nothing spectacular on the menu. The volume of the so called 'background music' required talking over it. Given the rather nice... More

We went to celebrate our 51st. anniversary. I am so glad that we did. From our wonderful booth, to the exceptional service of our waiter, Jeremy, Blue made this a meal to always remember. We were greeted to cold, crisp, flutes of champagne when we were seated. The food was wonderful, cooked perfectly, appetizers, salads, all were great. Then when... More

It was a birthday celebration and this place did not disappoint. It started with drinks at the bar and a feast at the table. The wait staff was accommodating and tries hard to make your meal memorable. I ate oysters (which were fresh and large), salmon soup, a tomato salad and steaks for dinner; with one side and two sauces.... More

My wife and I have dined at Blue for special occasions a number of times, and it always exceeded our expectations until our last visit on my wife's birthday. First of all, I want to stress that the food and the service were excellent. Jeremy was a very good server. However, there was a seating problem. I made our reservation... More

Steaks as good as any I have had in Bethlehem or any large city chain steakhouse. Friendly staff and attentive service.
