The place is very small and it feels like you're in a Grandma's kitchen. We all liked our dishes, just nothing was over the top. It is BYOB which we did not know. Since we have found other better places in Bethlehem, I don't know when we'll return.

A staple of the South Bethlehem food scene, mainly because it's so authentically delicious. I absolutely adore the falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and homous. Truly, I've yet to try anything at the Olive Branch. Portions are generous, so you can easily share or plan on leftovers. Really excellent!

good food. small room. good service. our family was visiting and seems like have a dedicated local following which is a good sign. good place for informal inexpensive dinner nothing fancy-foo. good in every way and certainly i'm not saying anything bad and would go back but i don't understand some of the gushing reviews.

First, thanks to everyone who wrote reviews. You were right on. How this restaurant is not rated number 1 is beyond me. My husband and are foodies and we live in the DC area so no shortage of great food. Oh my!!!!! Flavors burst in your mouth and then you want to talk about the flavors you think you tasted.... More

We treated ourselves to dinner at the Kassis family Olive Branch in Bethlehem last night. Hospitality and dinner were fabulous! I am vegan and choices were many! The grape leaves were fabulous! We can't wait to go again!

My wife and I eat Middle Eastern/Mediterranean quite a bit, especially when traveling, since it provides some safe vegetarian choices for her. That being said, this may have been the best Middle Eastern meal we've ever had (including on our trip to the Middle East). I will definitively say that the vegetarian grape leaves were the best. The pie sampler... More

Have been going here for years, and the place never disappoints. Delicious food, friendly service. Sam and Ghada are the best. Love the kebabs, hummus, falafel and DESSERT! We had them do our wedding cake - chocolate cake with raspberry layered inside. We moved from Bethlehem, but try to get back here whenever possible. It's a nice place to meet... More

My wife and I found this little place on Tripadvisor and dropped in before a concert. This is a great little place, the proprietor was so helpful and kid. Service was quick. We had delicious starters Houmas pita tabouli and those meat and cheese pie things. All fresh and delicious. The owner gave us a complimentary salad which was dressed... More

We stopped here for dinner after a movie at SteelStacks and had one of the most amazing dinners we've had in a long time! The food was unique, fresh, and delicious. The small restaurant doesn't look like anything special, but the perfectly seasoned meat, generous portions, and friendly service will transport you to the Middle East. The menu is small... More

The Olive Branch is a family favorite and all generations enjoy the restaurant. The food is authentic and prepared similar to the old country recipes. We live over an hour away but it's well worth the trip.
