It's not a large place, but they have it well staffed. It is very up to date on the inside, with modern lighting and colors. Their entire wait staff was cheerful and helpful. Service was very fast, and the quality of the food was excellent. I had cream chipped beef on rye, with their opa potatoes and bacon. The portions... More

My wife and I visited Billy's Downtown Diner this morning after dropping our daughter off to Lehigh for her first semester of College. Especially liked their fresh squeezed Orange Juice...made to order. Loved it! Will visit again for sure...

Billys has been closed for a couple of months....due to water main break and renovations....looking forward to their reopening. Everyone loves Billys. Great food, great service, clean, friendly...great prices...very family oriented...children welcome.

Love this place. It's small with not a lot of seating so get there early on weekends or you will be waiting a while. Creative delish dishes gives a yummy twist to old breakfast favorites!

I have been to Billy's several times. It is a small place in downtown Bethlehem although I think they have closed for renovations and you can now go to their new restaurant in Allentown which is at 9th and Hamilton Sts. If you looking for something above the usual eggs or pancakes you should really give Billy's a try. He... More

Small, about 3 blocks off Main Street and worth every extra step to get there. We stumbled upon it and went back the next day. The food is excellent and and the portions are great. Everything is fresh and tasty and the service is generally awesome. Be prepared to wait as it's popular -- but if you go slightly off... More

We were there for a late breakfast. the place was crowded but not mobbed. Service was pleasant and pretty fast. When we were there they had delicious coffee drink options on specials menu. We had a monte crisco type meal with French toast and eggs and an omelette. Both were delicious but not large portions. Both breakfasts also came with... More

Good diner, with a few twists such as southwestern eggs benedict using chorizo sausage instead of canadian bacon, Standard diner ambiance and value, but service was great and food good. Wait was about 20 minutes and stayed that long from 10 to 11:30. Worth the wait. Quite surprised to hear they take reservations.

We had a party of 2 and were seated immediately; it seems that there is more seating available for smaller parties, there are many party of 2 booths, and larger parties seemed to have a longer wait. The menu is not something I have seen anywhere and it all sounds absolutely fabulous. I was tempted by the strawberry lemonade pancakes,... More

This looks and feels like a small diner on a crowded street, but this isn't diner food. The menu is not traditional, and every item sounds better than the one before. There are always breakfast and lunch specials but huevos rancheros is an absolute must at least once. It is absolutely delicious; flavorful but not too spicy. If you go... More
