This restaurant is OVERPRICED!!! I felt like I was being served bird portions.... what was served was good, but this restaurant is not worth the price. Snobby staff..... not a warm and friendly environment. I wont return. more

The Edge doesn’t have the décor of Melt nor the food quality of the Apollo Grill. I ordered the pork tenderloin. The food was good the few times I went here. I love the decor and atmosphere but the last time i went to the bar; the bartender ignored my group and acted stuck up. We are good tippers too but i won't go back if she is bartending... it's bethlehem not the city and even so i get treated better... more

I am from Long Island, NY and this place was a suprise! Great food, service & atmoshpere! When I visit the Valley, no trip is compleate without a visit to this high end restaurant. Very hip, cool and trendy. All the beautiful people of the Valley show up there and I have never been dissapointed! more
