Servers were pleasant, rooms were accommodating, and the food was better than average. Not great, but better than average. My desert was great, the appitizer I sent back and the entre' was super. So, two out of three ain't bad! I'm not locked into going to the Edge when in Bethlehem, but I won't overlook it. As I said, Good,... More

My fiance, myself and another couple went for Valentines dinner. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was good. I've had better for the price you pay though. I would go back if I were in Bethlehem again. It seems more of place to to hangout than enjoy a really good meal. There are other places I would choose if I wanted... More

This place hits almost all the marks. Nice wine list, good choices, good atmosphere, not to dark. I could read the menu without my flashlight app. The appetizers and salads were delicious. We had the cheese platter and Asian pear. For dinner we had the chicken and pasta both were cooked perfectly and excellent. Service was very good. Just a... More

As it was my first visit to the edge that evening, with my significant other on Valentines day. we walked in and immediately was giving looks by the hostesses, not very inviting, which I'm always seeking for, good hospatali. The man next to us asked the women in front of her to check her coat, and completely dismissed me. I didn't... More

When we visit Bethlehem for events at Sands or seasonal events, we always book Edge for one night for dinner. They have a wide variety of appetizers, small plates, and enough choices when you go with couples to satisfy their tastes. We took a client/couple who live near there out to dinner Christmas week. What was nice was they sat... More

It was our first time at Edge. The restaurant has a sophisticated interior, and menu is not extensive, but the choices are good. The appetizers were delicious. The service was very good, without being overbearing. Nice selection of beer on tap, including from microbreweries. We definitely would come back.

We go to the Edge several times per year and last night lived up to our expectations and then some. We where celebrating 3 birthdays and each persons meal was wonderful. Having grown up by the CHesapeake bay, I almost never order crab cakes outside of Maryland, because they simply don't measure up and I am usually disappointed. Well last... More

I've dined at Edge for dinner about 4 times now. All business related. Each time it's been excellent. Service: Here I would give it a very good rating instead of excellent for one reason. We had a party of 6 which includes a mandatory 20% service charge. It almost felt like they were less attentive knowing the tip was pre-set.... More

Went here tonight with a friend, with a Social Living voucher, for a four course dinner for 2. I have to say all four courses were as good as it gets. Pure class from when you enter to until you leave. The service was absolutely right on. The portions were more than adequate, we were both satisfied and then some... More

We had to work in the Bethlehem, Pa. area, stayed at The Sands Casino, and by pure chance wound up there during a time when the restaurants were booked, finally got in at Edge, and couldn't have been more satisfied. Best Calamari we ever had, also I have a picky vegetarian daughter who loved everything!!!! Great experience. The only problem... More
