A Must in Bethlehem

On the Christmas Street itself it is perfect for that gift for someone who has everything. Or a little gift for yourself! They even have a small cafe in the back and the food is delicious. But my favorite is the old school candy area.

Great location, good selection, they focus on local writers and they will get you anything you want. Plus, the atmosphere is cozy. The gift shop is an added bonus!

We tracked this place down while looking for places to eat in Bethlehem. This showed up as a restaurant, but is really a store that has a cafe... that is currently closed. Given that, I can't comment on this place as a restaurant. However, we spent a good half hour or so with my family exploring the book store and... More

Beautiful store. Lots of varied items to purchase from Christmas items, food items, gardening, jewerly, books, lotions, kitchen items...etc. Oh and candy ! Staff are all friendly and welcoming. They have a yummy cafe to sit and enjoy coffee, tea, pastries and lunch. All of the locals love the Moravian Book Shop..

A very nice selection of coffee, salads, sandwiches and desserts is right in the shop. I enjoyed taking a break while considering how to whittle down my wish list of books and gifts.

Stopped in with my 2 readers...they were in heaven, the biggest book store ive ever seen and if you think its just books your wrong...christmas store, bakery, candy counter, gifts, clothes, housewares and art. And how cool. Both kids walkes out with free posters and pins and stickers from their favorite book collections... Kids were treated to a free sample... More

When we stopped at this store we thought that it was just the one little shop… little did we know that it just keeps going and going! They have everything! We bought several options of chocolate and carried them home to our daughter’s apartment. We all sampled the 4 different chocolates that we bought and then we went back the... More

S this is what the longest continuously operated bookstore in the world looks like. It's actually a series of buildings connected together, and they all seem to sell different types of stuff. Books, yes, but also a lot of chochskies. Lots of decorations, trinkets, jewelry, etc. About 1/3 of the place was books. It did have a nice little sitting... More

A very interesting shop, and it is full of a variety of items for every person on your gift list or for yourself. Besides books, there's garden stuff, knick-knacks, pottery, candles, t-shirts, candy, cards, jewelry and so much more. The folks were very warm and helpful.

I have been told it is the oldest book store. There is a huge selection of various items besides books. It seems to appeal to tourists.
