As always, The Brew Works delivers quality food and beer at a reasonable price. You can't get beer any fresher than here since it is made on the premises. You can even witness the brewing process depending on which room you sit in. Food is good as well, but some dishes are very spicy to the weak of palate. Stick... More

Calamari was fantastic, everyone else over cooks it. Beer sampler was impressive also. Ivan made it a great experience, we'll be back!

This is the second New Year's Eve dinner we have spent at the BBW. They were SO accommodating when we asked for 2 tables for all 13 kids and 4 couples. Service always fast and friendly and the vibe is always good.

Had a family dinner party at the Brew Works on Saturday, December 22nd. This place gets crowded, and the wait time was about 45 minutes, which wasn't as problem as our guests were driving over from neighboring Allentown, and our party was seated ten minutes after they arrived. The main attraction here is the home brewed beer, which some in... More

I have been going to the brew works for about 10 years now and it is one of my favorites in the valley. I have no issue spending a good dollar to get good food but the works gives you much more than you pay for. A 10$ beer sampler is a bargain to say the least! The beer and... More

We have given Bethlehem Brew works a chance time after time but it seems to have either a personnel issue or some type of (work) culture issue. The food is usually pretty good and the beer is unique however more often than not, we are greeted and served with people that could care less about the service. At times it's... More

We went for lunch on a Friday. It was very busy but we only waited about 10 minutes. Really large menu with LOTS of choices - salads, entrees, sandwiches, burgers. Service was a little slow, but as I said, they were busy and had some really large groups. Had pulled pork, which was pretty good, the french fries were tasty!... More

We did not eat full meals - Three of us each got an appetizer (they were large enough to be meals) and I tried the beer sampler. The quality was good, I got the chicken roll-up using lettuce rather than tortillas...there were three. My SIL got a plate of Nachos which was HUGE. We were there around 2 PM on... More

The food here is average and certainly okay for a good meal. The real treat here is the local beer choices. They ar brewed on premise- enjoy.
