We usually take a trip around the holidays onto Bethlehem, and usually stop here. There always seems to be a wait. The food is better than most bar food and I would say separates them from the corner bar . The prices are a little high. Like the area and décor for the Brew Works. Decent selection of drinks.. My wife and I had an outstanding experience at the Apollo Grill in Bethlehem Pa. The menu is creative, the food outstanding and the service superb. This restaurant is casual, upscale and welcoming, from the hostess on duty to the warm and friendly servers. You can make a meal on the appetizers alone, but do not. The entrees are equally... More

If you like beer than you have to stop in at the Brew Works! The food is always good and the servers are very professional. I've never had a bad meal here, it is basic pub style food that is filling.

Tried the beer sampler. Everything was excellent except the wheat which had too much coriander. The imperial stout was a standout and the ESB was good enough to order a pint. I had a chicken dish (Luchesse?) can't remember the name but the sauce was a very good chunky tomato base and the chicken was nicely grilled. Service was adequate... More

We went here for a light dinner on St. Patricks Day after doing a wine and food pairing tasting on the LV Wine Trail. What a great time we had. The waitress was so polite, the food was awesome. I had to try the Beer and Cheese Soup which they are known for & I was not disappointed. I would... More

We were in town for a baseball tournament for my son (9 yrs old), who has severe food allergies (milk, egg, beef & nut), so eating out can get tricky. Fortunately we found this place that not only had good food and a great micro-brew selection of Fegley's beer for the adults, but Chef Doug came to our table and made... More

Bethlehem Brew Works has a warm, inviting atmosphere and a large assortment of beers and other beverage choices. The food is great too and the place draws a crowd. It's located in downtown and easy to find. You should definitely check it out.

We brought our son and family here to celebrate his 21st birthday. Didn't think we'd need call ahead seating for a Sunday night but glad we did because it was packed. We really enjoyed the beer selection and had the nachos and wings for appetizers. Wings were super hot but delicious! Nachos piled high, excellent! Plenty for our party of... More

This place is located in Downtown Bethlehem, around the corner from my hotel. As we are from SF, we had to watch the Giants on a big screen tv while we ate. This place has several screens and we were able to enjoy the game while we ate and drank. Coworkers really enjoyed the brew. The food was your standard... More
