The food is average bar food but the beers are excellent. The stout rivals Guinness. Very good IPA. They make a surprising pumpkin beer in season. I do not like flavored beers but this was good. Not overpowering just a delightful after taste.

I was on a trip to PA and stopped at several breweries, this was one of my all around favorites. The place is really neat, there are several brewering vats, pictures to honor steel workers, and lots of steel throughout, but it's done very well and is comfortable and inviting. The beers were all well balanced, I did a sampler... More

In town for a short spell and I was told this was the place to go....must be for families. The food is dry and bland, worse Philly I've ever had, calamari was just bad and pulled pork nasty. On a good note, love the pretzel sticks and beer cheese sauce. Great service and atmosphere.

Downtown Bethlehem is one of our favorite places to spend time. One of our stops is often the Brew Works. We enjoy their beer selection and especially like their special beet tasting drink order. The pretzels with beer soup is a wonderful way to start our dinner. We love their selection of salads. The Christmas City Salad and Pear &... More

The choice of beers was refreshing and brewed on the premises, the food was good, nice burger cooked the way you want. The service was not so good, when we requested another beer we were asked who our server was and then he was reprimanded for not checking on us, in this hullabaloo the customer (us) was left still without... From fish tacos to vegie choices, bratwurst to buffalo style chicken fingers, everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Service was a little slow but we did go right at dinner rush. The atmosphere is pretty interesting, too.

I've eaten here a few times and would go back anytime I'm in the area. The latest trip was with a friend who was not familiar with the area, but he liked the place, too. My pulled pork sandwich was very nice, but perhaps not as good as i've had in the Carolinas - but that's a long way to... More

Fun place to stop for lunch if you're strolling around Historic Bethlehem. The interior of the building has a very interesting layout and the menu has a great selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and wraps...loved their fries, too. Our waitress was very attentive and brought our order out in a timely manner. We'll definitely bring our husbands back to sample... More
