I come here every time I am in town for business (2-3 times per year) and I'm never disappointed. I like the atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. 5/5 on beer selection in terms of uniqueness and diversity. The food is always good; it's not amazing, but the locally grown ingredients and meats definitely make a positive difference. If... More

Went for a bite to eat with friends after a local wine festival. We were just looking for good food, a casual atmosphere and great service. The Bethlehem Brew Works had it all. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Our wait staff was on top of their game and the food was delish. We... More

Love that Brew Works cooks delicious burgers using local beef. The beer is great, too, especially like the Pumpkin Ale!

First of all... the food was good, but the wait was not. My daughter and I went in for dinner and were seated in area across from the bar. Waitress came to get order for drinks and we were ready to order food also so we placed that order at same time. She did not write anything down, but we... More

An impressive list of brews but I only sampled two which happens to be a self-imposed limit. Both were some of the best that I have had in the states. The food was above and beyond the average pub house fair. Quite impressive on all counts.

I don't like beer so I'm not a huge fan of this place. Food is okay. Service is great sometimes and not so great other times. Prices are okay. Beer drinkers I've gone with love their selection of beer.

Great private space for my family to unwind before the wedding! Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy upstairs restaurant. Megan was a great help and ensured that everything was perfect. The cheese steak rolls and the pierogies were a hit for my guests.

This restaurant is known for the beer which the owners brew. I've been there a number of times and was pleased every time. The beer is always good. I like the IPAs and the PA Dutch food especially.

My title sums it up. Service was VERY disappointing. We were seated rather quickly with a party of 7 however waited for almost 15 minutes for a server to take our food order. All of my party's food came to the table after about 30 minutes of preparation time but my food did not come until after everyone in the... More
