Although neither my husband nor I are beer drinkers, we have frequented a few brewery restaurants around the PA area and have always found the food to be amazing. The Bethlehem Brew Works was no exception! Food was delicious and the décor of the restaurant was pretty cool. One suggestion--we were seated in an interior room and it was pretty... More

Spinach is often difficult to prepare...Brew Works does it right every time. Their fish & chips is worth a go, too.

My friend & I each enjoyed our food and recommended drink for a cold evening. This is a good place to refresh, relax, and indulge after visiting beautiful Historic Bethlehem!! Don't miss this city, especially during the holidays.

With an open setting, it is very noisy, and can be difficult to hold a conversation. That being said, the food is very good and the beer is even better, especially their sampler! The staff is freindly, but is harried when the place is packed. Good place to stop when waiting for the ladies to do their shopping on Main... More

If beer is your interest, this is a great place to come. They brew their own, and it is almost always sure to please. If food drives you, this is a place with average food, average service, and average prices...it is just ok and does not stand out in any way. They do have a variety of items including sandwiches,... We arrived at the Brew Works at 7pm on a Saturday night, knowing that it might be crowded and we might have to wait a while for a table. We had tickets for a 9:30pm show at the Sands Casino, so we wanted to allow plenty of time. We were told that the wait would be 45 minutes to an... More

this place was right around the corner from our hotel. its pretty big, with an upstairs casual area and a downstairs, more swanky bar. we went downstairs as the upstairs was filled. we had a great time. its dimly lit with candles and pool tables. the bar area was small and super friendly. our bartender made great recommendations and was... I took my wife here for lunch on her birthday while on a getaway to Bethlehem. We love to go here because of the crafted beers. As usual the food was good and the staff is always friendly. We will be back when we return to Bethlehem!

I'm always amazed at people who visit a brew pub and expect a culinary extravaganza. Let's face it -- it's a brew pub. They are in business to sell their home brew, which in this pub, is quite good. And, the food is good, it's just not gourmet. If you want good beer and a better than average meal, this... More

I am sure I have been there over 100 times since it opened. The menu has gotten progressively better and has many healthy choices along with traditional bar food. Always great service. And, awesome pumpkin beer in season.
