My mother, sister and myself went to the Brew Works Thursday, December 11 for dinner. Our server was anything but pleasant. My mother asked her a question and she was very short answering with just a yes. My mother had her elaborate and she was almost put off that she had to answer more. My sister didn't realize she had... More

We were in Bethlehem and after a long morning of shopping we were looking for a casual place to have lunch.Brew Works was a good choice. We are not beer drinkers but,the atmosphere inside of the brewing vats and such was interesting. We chose burgers and fries which were very good along with a chile bread bowl appetizer Service and prices were... It can have incredibly long waits, but this is a great burger and beer joint. We enjoy every visit and like that they have locally sourced meat options.

Everything we had was fantastic, from bruschetta to bratwurst to beer. Will definitely be going back. A wee bit noisy inside. Service was good too.

Food is good, but noisy. Price is fair. If you sit by the bar you get a lot of background noise. Beer is the drawing factor to this place with the vats right in the dining area. Pretty neat

Good place for a burger and quality pint if beer. We are IPA fans and they always have a good one on tap.

Due to the high ceilings, the noise from talking guests seems to fill the air and float. It makes listening more intentional. The service and food were excellent. I had the pork schnitzel and it was excellent. Treat yourself to a brew from their varied collection or try several with the sampler. Regardless of your drink and food choices, this... More

We actually went there thinking we would have a special Christmas beer brew and a bowl of soup! There is a large beer selection (own brewed and guest brewed), as well as, a very nice menu. Bethlehem teeters on being in Pennsylvania Dutch Country so a section of their menu offers a few selections of PA Dutch inspired food. We... More

This restaurant has pretty standard pub food but generally consistent. The burgers are very tasty and decent sized. Fries are good as well. The noise level though is very high especially on weekends. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant.

My wife and I regularly visit the Brewworks. It's our go to resturaunt when friends or family are in town. The service has always been excellent and both the flagship and seasonal beers are good. In the last year there has been a push to pair down the menu, and the food quality and consistency has improved. Best place in... More
