Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.

Same charm as I visited two year back. This place brew good beer. Though i am not an IPA fan, a colleague was totally enjoying it. Don't miss the Beer Tasting. They give you different variety of beer, so you can taste them. Good place for a beer and a meal.

Parking garage close by. Solid food & beverage choices. Nice atmosphere - not too loud. Tables and an attractive bar. Have a kids menu. Upscale casual setting to meet friends after work.

My wife and I are not beer drinkers but this place is Heaven for those who love beer! Our beer-drinking friends rave about the selection and quality of the beer they sampled while visiting us in Bethlehem. The food is great! We love the Beer & Cheddar Soup! Great burgers, sandwiches and salads, and always a few special desserts. If... More

Great selection of beer brewed in house. We go here when we crave comfort food. The perogie casserole really hits home. Black angus burgers, and others also hit the mark. It can get a little expensive but we tend to over order and always have leftovers. I tried to have a business luncheon here and it was impossible for people... More

If you don't mind waiting in a jammed lobby area, it may be worth it. The beer selection is good; the food is average. Pretty quick service and a reasonably varied menu. Service about average. If I could have given a half star, I'd have put this at 3.5, but it's just not a 4 star experience.

If you are looking to be able to talk to others while you are here I hope you have great hearing.... The only down side, which was kind of big for me, was you can't hear anything because it is so loud. I never heard anything the waitress said. If there were specials that night only one end of our... We tried Bethlehem Brew Works for the first time on a very busy Saturday night. Wait time was about 45 minutes. Once we were seated, service was fairly prompt considering how busy the place was. The restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks on the outside with several levels and dining rooms. There were several large parties in our... More

I love Bethlehem Brew Works beer. I've been coming here for the last 10 years because of the beer. I keep hoping they will get their kitchen figured out, but sadly that hasn't happened yet .The food has been average to really bad. I wouldn't recommend anything to eat other then appetizers. Come for the beer.
