Pubs are not places commonly associated with vegetarian food. Don't miss the black bean burger! The rest of the menu offers very good, more typical American pub fare. Their brews aren't overdone with "creativeness". These are very well crafted traditional beers, proven formulas with personal touches from the master. Service is excellent in a very venue with a positive atmosphere.... More

Brew Qorks was the place for family and friends to gather after a pre-wedding 5k event and those coming in from out of town. They were very helpful with the event planning. Excellent choice of beers and accommodated food allergy issues of guests for the food served. Separate party room worked well for us. All guests thought this was a... More

I would love to check out the beers here, but I'm the driver for family trips. Maybe someday. The food was really good, though. I started with a cup for the french onion soup and immediately wished I got the bowl.. Nice, cheesy top and flavorful broth. There was a slight disappointment with my entre, though. I had the fish... If you are in Pennsylvania near the Bethlehem area, be sure to visit the Brew Works. It is right in the center of downtown Bethlehem and the food is great! I usually get the fish and chips and I love them! Also, it is just flat out beautiful in downtown Bethlehem in the winter, especially when it is snowing. I... More

I went to lunch with one of our suppliers for a work lunch and had the Christimas Salad which was super yummy. I want to go back and try other things on their pretty extensive menu.

I love the atmosphere here. It's upscale, yet laid back. The food is great, the beer is great, and the service is top notch. If you sit up in the dining room, you can see the beautiful brewing equipment. They have a great selection of house beers, as well as a great selection of other beers. I'm a big lambic... More

..I have been here several times and the food is always very good. My favorites are the cheese soup and the tomato brushetta. They have great beers. I especially enjoy the seasonal blueberry beltch. It can get noisy but I have come to expect that.

I've been to the Bethlehem Brew Works many times over the years, and it seems like each time is a totally different food experience. The decor of the Brew Works is industrial with dim lighting, it can feel very cold in winter. It can also be incredibly noisy at certain times. I have found the servers, in general, to be... More

Stopped here for lunch and beer and it was great. Got the beer sampler with 6 different beers, all were very good. I had the pulled pork sandwich which had a little bit of spiceyness to it, I liked it. Service was exceptional...we will be back

Not familiar with the area we were guided to this restaurant from a friend who had relatives who live in the town. When we walked in the place was hopping! We were seated promptly though. It's comfortable, clean and our waiter was right on top of things. The food was tasty! I'm told the burgers are the hot item on... More
