The beer is superb

It is a favorite for us when we go to Beth. The choices and quality of their beers is outstanding. We are would like to have good German food to go along with it .Their German-type food: let's say it is ok and very basic I am not ordering the brats anymore, they are just too fatty. The Wiener... read more

I visited Bethlehem brew works recently. The beer was very good and the service was excellent also. The only problem I had was the food, not that it was bad but it wasn't anything special. I ordered a burger with fries and the fries were cold when I got them. I notified the waiter and he said he would get... More

The first thing that you notice about Bethlehem Brew House, is that they make their own ale (as the name implies). They are also quite busy and popular. Lehigh University students and their parents keep this place full on weekends. That means there can be a wait for a table. This place deserves a ton of credit or using a... More

This place was hopping on a Friday night, but I was able to snag a seat at the bar. I appreciated that the bartender was friendly and attentive, although I was dining by myself. Nice selection of beers, and a solid menu. I inadvertently left my credit card behind after paying my bill. I called as soon as they opened the... More

Our family came through town on a road trip and decided to venture downtown for some dinner. We chose this place because my husband needed a beer and the whole family needed someplace family appropriate with broad appeal. Honestly, we weren't expecting much, but were very pleasantly surprised. My salad was VERY delicious. So many steps up from what I... More

Bradwurst was perfectly cooked, moist and not greasy. Roll it was served on was cruncy outside and soft inside with on the side German mustard. Coleslaw was freshly made.

Great location in downtown Bethlehem. Ordered beer sampler, 6 beer samples, excellent. Ordered french fry appetizer and fish tacos. The food was great. The beer could have be slightly colder but no big deal. I will definitely go back here again.

The brewery looks nice. The beers are amazing! I believe my self to be an expert as I am from northern Bavaria in Gemany where we have the highest density of breweries per capita. Music, atmosphere and service were also laudable.
