Great beers brewed on-site

Dinner very good beers. Flights too large of pours to a flight. Would have got one but just too much beer. The food was great and server seemed very knowledgable. Good location would go back anytime I'm back in this area.

You can't beat the choices that you will have at the Bethlehem Brew Works. It's a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy your surroundings. It can get a little loud at the bar, but that's to be expected. People are friendly and the bar tenders very accommodating. They know their beer !!!! Food is tasty and there is a... More

First off the Buffalo chicken salad is amazing. It's huge and has a great taste. But sometimes you go and the service is soooo bad. And you are just waiting in the door for someone to get to you and the hostesses are talking about their boyfriends. The bar downstairs is quaint, but whoa expensive. They are decent at accommodating... More

I've patronized this fine establishment for many years. I believe the quality of the food and beer has improved tremendously in the last 2-3 years. The bar has always had great character, being industrial themed after the local Bethlehem Steel plant. Initially the food and beer were pedestrian, but its a different story today. I'm happy to have this in... More

We had a large get together in the Steelgaarden in the downstairs of Brew Works. Despite the music being a bit loud and the lights being a bit low, everything else was wonderful. The bartender was very polite and let us sample a couple of different things, the food was very good as well, including their takes on German dishes.

When I am in Bethlehem, I always make it a point to stop at the Brew Works for a burger and a micro brew. They make some great food as well as beer. This is a great place to go and party with friends. The micro brewery in the front of the restaurant offers the mystique of a brewery. Try... More

The hub and I stopped in on a busy Saturday night. We were seated at a table quickly and our server was attentive but not annoyingly so. We had a flight of 5oz beers and appetizers. Great selection of craft beers. The chicken fingers were good and fresh. We will be back!

The food was good and so was the beer. The server was fantastic when we broke aa glass and they remade my dinner. Super sweet!

Great place; great location. Just a short walk down from the Hotel Bethlehem. Home brew's good and the Brats and Kraut are very tasty (either the plate or the sandwich). Prices aren't too bad either.
