My Son, Daughter-in-law and I visited the Apollo Grill today, a belated Birthday lunch. The food was excellent. I had the Crab/Asparagus soup and a Rueben. It was the best Rueben I ever had, the soup was delicious, making me want more. We also tried the Organic Wine - very good. Our waiter, Kevin was very attentive and knowledgeable. This... More

My now-wife and I visited the Apollo Grill for Bethlehem restaurant week. I the food was fantastic and they didn't skimp on the options even for the restaurant week menu. The tea and chili rubbed scallop appetizer was especially tasty. The wait staff was very helpful and courteous. The atmosphere was slightly more laid back than I expected ( I... More

We had dinner at the Apollo Grill. Excellent selection, well prepared, and tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. A good choice in Bethlehem.

Where shall I begin!?!?! We went to Apollo Grill recently for my husbands birthday. We had a terrific meal beginning with lump crab macaroni and cheese & Asian beef lettuce wraps for appetizers. We shared the tri colore salad, which was amazing! For dinner we had the acorn squash ravioli with chicken in a marsala cream sauce...out of this world... More

My friend and I had lunch at Apollo Grill today. I have been there several times and the food was always very good. However, it was awful today. My friend had Brie and Pear sandwich with bacon. The bacon was not thoroughly cooked, turkey lunch meat instead of real turkey and there was no taste of pear whatsoever. I had... More

Dear Yugiecat, I am very sorry that your lunch at the Apollo did not measure up to your prior experiences here. We take all comments very seriously and I assure you we were concerned when we read your review. Unfortunately, we don't have a server named Ashley so although we think we have it narrowed down, we would really appreciate... More

As a guest along with HemCcg (whose review is listed below) I felt compelled to mention that the owner mischaracterized the exchange between my party and the maitre d. While we did eventually work things out, undue attention was directed towards us in a rather loud manner which we felt was needless and somewhat rude. I’m not in the habit... More

I was treated to dinner at the Apollo Grill during a business trip to Lehigh University. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm, friendly, and busy. We were quickly seated and brought menus. After ordering drinks, which came quickly, we were told the specials, which included prices (so you don't have to discover later that a "special" is twice the... More

This is the place to be. The restaurant and bar were crowded. We didn't have reservations, but came in just after the rush and were seated right away. This was a great choice as the food was very good. None of us were disappointed. This is right across the street from our hotel and is located in downtown Bethlehem, so... More

Our party of four celebrated my best friends birthday at the Apollo Grill last Saturday. While the food was very good, the homemade gluten-free birthday cake I brought in was scorned by the maitre'd. We were told, "We don't do that here..." we were lectured and made to feel we had done a terrible thing by paying $30 a head... More

This may seem crazy but thank you for your recent review. We do not allow customers to bring their own food to our restaurant...that is what we do, that is why we are in this business, why we exist, why we employ 50 people. So as soon as you walked in with a cake, we informed you of our policy.... More

The Apollo Grill has been a favorite for many years. Reservations are hard to get on weekends so plan ahead. We ate dinner with friends at the Apollo a few weeks ago. We found it a bit rushed. It is a high energy place but one deserves some time to relax over a drink and contemplate the menu. Our entrées... More
