Apollo is considered to be one of the nicer restaurants in the area, but not in a swanky, romantic way. Saturday night, and no reservations! Apollo was very accommodating and we got in. I ordered crab cakes and being from MD, I had reservations. It was one of the best I've had. People are always raving about this restaurant, and it is pretty good, but not amazing. It's just that we haven't had very many AMAZING restaurants here in Bethlehem, so people are easily impressed and satisfied. Chain restaurants are also enormously popular here. It's strong points are it's HUGE appetizer list, much of which is pretty good, gussied up bar food.... more
