My wife's favorite place. Should I say anything else. Owners are involved with local charities. Matinees are made to perfection.

Honestly the best place I have found while in the area. Great service and food. More appetizers than mains but everything is killer. Agree with earlier comments this a super sized tapas menu.

We have a client in Bethlehem so I get to visit there about every other month. Since I stay @ the Hyatt Place that's just minutes from the Apollo, I've eaten here a few times. It was originally suggested to me month's ago by a couple of the locals I work with. Earlier this winter I happened in & pulled... More

It was not crowded at all on the Friday evening we were there and we were seated immediately at an outside table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My daughter and I had. blueberry peach sangria, in honor the the Blueberry Festival in town. We both enjoyed our drink. The menu had very interesting choices and a huge list of... More

The Apollo Grill does not disappoint. It is informal and laid back, but with a varied and sophisticated menu specializing in seafood. I had a lump crab and avocado cocktail to start. It was delicious with big chunks of crab. I had a salad with fresh pear as my entrée because I wasn't terribly hungry. The pear was not ripe... More

This is a great restaurant. Although quite informal, the food and service are tops. The appetizers are numerous. Two of them will make a good sized meal. The sashimi was very tasty and the black and blue filet was perfectly cooked. The chocolate lava cake was huge and delicious. Good wine list. All and all, a great dining experience.

I've been a local for over 60 years and have dined at the Apollo over 40 times. I can say that in my opinion, the Apollo is the best restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. It's my "go-to" restaurant for special occasions or when I MUST have a great meal. Reservations are a must, especially on weekends or on the many... More

We have had two dinners and lunch at the Apollo and were wowed by them all. Great food, great service and a very cozy atmosphere. My wife loved her specialty drinks and we both love the food. It's creative without being pretentious. The prices are reasonable for the portions and the quality. The Apollo lives up to it's great reviews. Make... More

There are so many wonderful appetizers we decided to eat tapas style. The wait staff was only to pleased to accommodate us.They brought the dishes out in waves. It was really a wonderful dinning experience.
