High End High Price

Booked on Open Table and our table was ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly and prompt. The Shrimp appetizer was tasty but scarce, we had 3 sides which were all good and 2 of us had the filet and the other the tuna all meals were served to order and the beer was cold and served promptly. We... read more

Expensive, not that great for what we paid. Charged $8 dollars for a baked potato! When the steak is over $45, come on.

Dined at this restaurant because the Sands offered a restaurant credit with our hotel package. Caesar salad was nothing special, didn't love the dressing or croutons, filet mignon was overcooked and not tender, short ribs were mostly fat...the worst I have ever had anywhere. There were weird fried dough strips on my plate which tasted like raw flour, really bad.... More

Ate here for our anniversary. Didn't wait long to be seated as we were seated at the counter by the kitchen, which was alright. No, we didn't have reservations. Sitting at the counter has some benefits, such as the chefs give you little samples of what they are making. While the food was good, it isn't great for the price.... More

This place is definitely overpriced. My husband and I split the $60 porterhouse and ordered the eight dollar baked potato. My son and his wife ordered a fillet and split it with crab legs plural for $24 extra. However the crab on the side came out to be one leg. The bill was outrageously expensive.. The au poivre sauce my... More

Emeril's Chophouse at the Sands Hotel and Casino, Bethlehem PA is an upscale without being pretentious. The waitstaff is knowledgable of the wine list (which is extensive) and the menu. The wine list, although impressive was very pricey. Our server was named Jorge and he was wonderful. He was attentive and friendly. My husband and I shared Emeril's BBQ Shrimp... More

First off, let me say the food was outstanding. We had to sit at the bar because there were no tables. Being right off the casino floor allowed walk ins to take the tables and also crowded the bar area. The service from the bartender was adequate but I think a member of the wait staff could have been more... More

We made reservations for our anniversary and then read the reviews. We thought about canceling but didn't. We got there early were seated immediately and brought bread and asked what we would like to drink. William and Daniel were excellent waiters, our steaks came out perfect just the way we ordered them. They were always there to fill our wineglasses and... More

Have eaten in several of the Emeril branded restaurants over the years, this one is average at best. Steaks and fish were nothing to write home about. Service was fine but wine list was 4 times the retail rate. Would not return.

Of course it is in the casino so it's not going to be cheap but the food is so worth it. Didn't understanding the seating process since there were about 20 empty tables and they told us we had to wait 45 minutes. So we sat at the bar and guess what, the tables never filled in at all. But... More
