Been there several times , have been imprerssed w/ quality, taste and presentation of food . Staff was helpful, bartender the best !!!!!!. We are fortunate to have visited Italy a few times and the food is just as good - believe me we are lucky to have a resturant like this in the LV.

I have dined at Molinari's several times and have had a very good experience each time. Great food and outstanding staff who are friendly and helpful. Pasta is all made in house and available as half portions which are still plenty for one person. Make sure to check out the outstanding Italian beer list.

The staff was very good and attentive, and Lee, our waiter very knowledgeable. The menu is on the short side, with some specials, but the dishes were good. The short rib was great! Drink prices are just too high for the area, and the only reason for the 4 stars.

My initial reaction to the menu on my first visit was that it was limited but to truly enjoy Molinari's one must consider and combine all the courses not just the entrees.
