The family was in Bethlehem overnight and we were looking for a nice meal for us and pasta/pizza for the kids. I called ahead for reservations and to check on attire as we were all casual and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. We sat outside, street side, but the atmosphere inside was really nice. It's in a historic... More

We already reviewed Molinari's last year but we went to MusikFest again this year and, of course, had to go back. I was a little apprehensive that it might have gone downhill (Bethlehem is not exactly a bustling metropolis replete with foodies, but Molinari's is as good as ever. Truly, we have eaten in Paris and New York and Rome... More

I ate here on a visit to Bethlehem to tour area colleges with my college-bound teenager. The quality of the cuisine at this restaurant belies that it is in Bethlehem, PA. The food is outstanding. We ate a pasta dish that was as good as any I ate in Italy (and I've been to Italy 3 times and the last... More

Without a doubt, this is the absolutely best Euro-Italian restaurant in the tri-state area, and probably the entire north-east (outside of Manhattan). I've enjoyed high-end Italian food in New York, London, Paris, and Rome, and Molinari's competes with the best of them. They claim to use only the best quality locally sourced fresh ingredients, and it immediately shows in their... More

Delicious food, awesome service from Hilary. There were 4 of us and we all raved about our meals. A gem.

Word of warning, do not use Molinari's online reservation email process. Made reservations 5 days in advance via their website. Since we had a party of 8 I called the day before to confirm and oopss, sorry we never got your email request. Can't help you, we have nothing until 9pm. Needless to say not a good experience at all.... More

For the second year, Molinari's hosted a fundraising dinner for the SouthSide Film Festival. Chef Michael Joyce was joined by 4 other chefs, Lee Chizmar of Bolete, Shawn Doyle from Savory Grille, Michael Adams of the Hotel Bethlehem, and Alan Pitotti of Dolce Patisserie put on a fantastic dinner! Each course was incredibly delicious. In addition, South Italy Wine Imports... More

So accommodating and the food is delicious. I come here a lot with a vegan friend and they always make us something fabulous. The staff is wonderful, bar is fun and the best pasta in Bethlehem.

Went there one time and if the meal was not veal then most everything else had a veal glaze, stock or sauce. Forget what we finally ordered but I know we went away hungry. Will not take a chance and go back. I don't eat veal or anything with veal in it, glaze sauce or whatever. Menu may have changed... More
