My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here. The food was outstanding, and there was plenty of it! The staff was attentive and friendly.

There were only a few diners at Molto Pazzo when we ate there, probably to be expected at 6 PM on the Tuesday after Christmas. The ambience was casual and pleasant, and it was nice to be able to see the Christmas lights on beautiful Main Street in Bethlehem. The service was fine, and the food was very good -... More

Our group of 7 visited Molto Pazzo for a family Christmas Eve dinner. I really wanted to like this restaurant because it's family owned, conveniently located in our downtown area and it's BYO - all things we like to support. Unfortunately, the food simply wasn't good. It's a nice looking restaurant, decor-wise, and our server was a very friendly woman,... More

We were always big Fans of Molto Pazzo. Unfortunately, we hadn't been able to dine there for a little over a year. Our experience this past week was not the same as it had been. There was a new menu...very limited. Our favs were gone...broccoli rabe and sausage....haddock Hemingway. We waited over an hour for our food. My eggplant was... More

We are vegan and the folks here honor our requests. Plus the food is great! Prices aren't too bad. Always need a box too

I enjoyed the resturant more than Mama Nina's. Every dish was a hit. You can buy Home made wine here. Which was good. You' ll not be rushed. You can relax and have dessert.

Was able to sit outside on a lovely evening. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. Would definitely go back.

This BYOB Italian restaurant has a nice location in downtown Bethlehem's bustling Main Street area. Outdoor seating is available and nicely done. I arrived about 10 minutes after the rest of our party having parked the car a couple of blocks away. When I asked about wineglasses (seeing none on the table) my group indicated that our waitress was getting... More

That's all I really want to say. I'm Italian and grew up eating Italian food. This isn't it. The linguine with clams was supposed to come with grape tomatoes and didn't have a one (just checked menu) and I was expecting a nice white wine broth but this had been thickened. Partner doesn't like this word but in fact the... More

My husband and have traveled to Italy once a year since we both retired and have eaten wonderful Italian meals in many Italian cities and towns. The Molto Pazzo experience is as close to being in Italy as one can come. The pasta is perfectly "al dente" and that pasta is not swimming in "run of the mill" (i.e. -... More
