We love this brunch

The Tap Room brunch always delivers. Creative salads (this week, two gems were golden beets in citrus with pignoli, and quinoa salad with feta and fruit), homemade soup (summer vegetable was herbed and light), baked Brie, cheese board, and big peeled/cleaned shrimp on ice with a wonderfully potent... read more

the old hotel is beautiful to begin with .. the old world setting.. the courteousness and friendliness of the staff.. also...but the food is not only mouth watering but fresh.. artistic.. elegant.. ..for a buffet this size few have been able to put off with such savior faire and style...just keep the smoked salmon on the buffet and well be... Expensive food, nice room but noisy, staff is clearly not motivated and not motivated to make your experience friendly. portions are skimpy and the if you want original food, you should consider another place. Advice skip the food, the bar and bartenders is actually nice and the prices not highway robbery.

I will be there in a few hours and am expecting a nice time there. I just had to comment on someone who was critical because he ordered wine and another guest at the table was asked to taste it. The reviewer stated they lacked wine etiquette. I can't imagine the horror of such a situation. My God what's next,... More

I came here with my family for Easter brunch and it was AMAZING - The best brunch I have ever been to - I believe it's listed as one of the best in America as well. They had everything you could think of from gourmet waffles and muffins to ahi tuna, duck, and a large selection of great desserts. Since... More

My fiancé and I attended one of the live Jazz nights in this location and we were blown away by how great the band and atmosphere was!! We haven't had many opportunities to have some "us" time, but we found a spot that will help us keep that flame going! I have been all over the Lehigh Valley looking for... More

I invited 3 for a business meeting. Nice atmosphere, although we could not get into the upper tap room with a view. Waitress apparently was not familiar with wine etiquette as I ordered the wine but she asked another gentleman to taste. After ordering the second bottle she was going to pour it in the same glasses without letting me... More

Enjoyed a relaxing and delicious lunch at the hotel Bethlehem. We had reservations since we had a large party. We were there a head of schedule and had no trouble. We all ordered something different but I enjoyed the Seafood Cobb salad. Absolutely delicious. Had chunk crab meat topped with large succulent shrimp. It was dressed with vinegarette. Would get... Ok not great .especially if you're staying at the hotel. Better than pub fare but pretty predictable.Food is well prepared and service is fine. Nothing especially outstanding about this restaurant. Somewhat pricey - there are much better choices nearby like Bolette and Crepes.
