We had a couple of breakfast here and we would surely return! Food was great and melted into your mouth and portions very big (for European standards). Staff was very helpful too. Nice way to start your day!!

The food is edible. The place is usually noisy. Really noisy if they have live music, just not big enough for it. Seems to havea local crowd, very crowded and noisy at Christmas

The small plates - and the onion soup are delicious! But service is a bit lacking! Hope that more training and supervision will help. The use of limited special menue on event weekends takes away from the charm. Lunch could still be good - but not a late supper or night cap. however, if you like to try new cocktails... More

I am sorry but the Sunday Brunch has made a COLD impression on me. First off the hot food like sauage, bacon, potatoes, mahi mahi was COLD the only thing that was hot was the made to order omlet. Aftering eating my COLD Breakfast I told the waitress I wondered if they had a micowave to heat the food some... More

Over the course of 7 years we have attended the brunch served at the Hotel Bethlehem on Sunday mornings on several occasions. Most notably we have taken advantage of this wonderful brunch to serve as a graduation celebration for our two Lehigh graduate children (class of 11 and 14). I can't say enough about what a fabulous option this has... More

I was staying at Hotel Bethlehem for few days and perforce ate here on occasion. Service is patchy with some of the staff charming but others not really paying attention. For breakfast one day I ordered Eggs Benedict (which I only do in North America because they really do know how it should be) but was very disappointed with the... More

My wife and I stayed in the hotel and decided to grab a drink before heading off to bed. We sat at the bar and were served by Kelly, the bartender. I ordered a scotch and my wife had a water. We sat and chatted and enjoyed the drinks and the pictures of past, famous customers. I ordered a second... More

This is a nice location, in the hotel, for a drink (and they had live music on Sunday evening). However, it is right off the entrance door to the hotel, and thus, very "open" to all the people coming in and out on their way to the elevators or front desk. A small half-wall along the border of the Tap... More

The selection was great. The food was fresh and plentiful. The trays were constantly replenished. The baked goods are made on the premises and very tasty. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. A note, the champagne is not included in the price. I would highly recommend it.

My husband and I dined at the Tap Room last night. Our waitress was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant. I've dined many times in the Terrace Restaurant located in the hotel, and even had my wedding their some time ago. Naturally I have high expectations for the hotel since past experiences were good. However, the Tap room was not... More
