We've started the tradition of a having late-morning Sunday coffee and Bellini's at the bar. Having Jake as the bartender makes the mornings even more enjoyable. Such a personable bartender - he's the type you WANT to have at the bar - makes you feel welcomed, and can carry a good conversation, also. Great work, Jake!

Drinks are great, try the fireside eggnog. Very interesting to gaze at all the pictures of famous people who have visited the Tap Room while you are waiting for your meal.

Visiting friends and family, looking for a festive holiday luncheon, we entered the tavern. drinks were great. Service was pleasant. Having always had great food in this town (Apollo, Jumbars) we were disappointed. Macaroni and cheese was comforting and yummy, but white on white on white, with nary a garnish to be had. Wild mushroom meatloaf was very dry, and... More

Went to Hotel Bethlehem for a special Christmas lunch with my childhood friends. The staff was warm and welcoming. Kathleen Brown made our table feel special. She went out of her way providing information on the hotel, the town, events, and even played photographer. Delicious lunch. We will definitely be back.

So disappointed ! I have lived in the area all my life. Always look forward to anything at this beautiful historic hotel but today was my last visit there. 10 of us went for a traditional Christmas lunch but everyone was so disappointed this year.
