Sunday Brunch- Very Nice

Visited Hotel Bethlehem Sunday Brunch at the Tap Room. It was very nice and nice variety. What was most impressive was I found the breakfast items such as French Toast and Waffles were very good. Often on buffets items like this don't hold well, but in this case I found them hot and very good... read more

Went for dinner with my daughter and while the service was good the food was just OK. The onion soup was too salty and the rest of the meal was ok. Does not deserve a great rating.

We went for Brunch on Easter Sunday. They offer a vast selection of everything from appetizers to dessert. There is something for everyone. The Duck Confit was very good, but the oysters were disappointing. The temperature of the food was disappointing. I can't say it was cold, but it certainly wasn't. The food was average, although the price point was... More

This brunch is so luscious, we make it a point to travel from Lancaster once a month! Today, Easter Sunday, the Hotel outdid themselves! Oysters on the half shell, lamb, beef, ham, roast duck with the most delicious glaze, and too many items too numerous to mention. Staff goes out of their way to make your experience perfect!! There's something... More

Been here many times. For the most part just OK hotel food and service during the week. But, but, but, They have the best Sunday brunch in the whole Lehigh Valley. Not cheap, but like the lady from Ruth Chris says, "Come hungry darlin".

This bar has delicious food, drinks and the friendliest staff!! There's a lot going on at the Hotel Bethlehem, pull up a stool and enjoy the comings and goings... The bar also has plenty of tables and the menu has many great choices for a light lunch or yummy dinner. If you're in Bethlehem, don't miss the chance to visit... More

Very pleasant atmosphere. I had the fresh berry granola parfait and it was very good. There could've been a little bit more because I do go away hungry. But all in all it was very tasty. Good coffee too and our waitress was very sweet I apologize for not remembering her name. My girlfriends were very impressed with their full... More

My wife and I stayed at the hotel last week, and dined in the Tap Room that evening. I had the meatloaf ( which is NOT like Grandma made) and it was out of this world - perfect texture, mix of wild mushrooms had a great flavor. My wife got the crab cakes - easily the very best I have... More

Friendly open space. Kind of clubby. We stay at the hotel often and usually tend to have a drink in this bar. Especially at Christmas you can view the lobby and the entrance to the restaurant. Lights ,trees, very inviting. Drinks a bit pricy, but OK for one (or two). In nice weather there is outside seating that faces the... More

On 2/16 my wife and I along with 4 other friends had dinner in the Hotel Bethlehem Tap Room before we went to a show at the Sands Casino. We all had "10" dinners. My dinner was venison chops requested rare! When they were delivered, the chops were thinner than normal chops as you would expect from this type of... More
