We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening. Our selections were the crab cake sandwich (signature item) with a side salad and a burger with fries. Both were good. Additional treat was a jazz band that began at 630pm. I recommend.

After now my fourth visit to the Tap Room I think its time to review. If you're looking for a lovely elegance in the historic section of Bethlehem...you found it. If you're looking for good food or above average service...keep looking. The lack of hospitality is veiled in an air of pretentiousness that certainly isn't substantiated by anything other than... You have to dine at this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious! Clean surroundings and friendly service. The menu is a little pricey but the experience is definitely worth it. Plenty of public parking one block away.

The food was terrific, very small portions and Manhattan prices. I had the Atlantic wild caught salmon, it was prepared very nicely and cooked perfect. I am not a big eater, but I could have eaten twice the size. The crab cake as an appetizer was delicious. The martini was perfect and the creme brulee finished the meal very nicely. Our... More

We have eaten here numerous times. I had a piece of bass here so amazing I still talk about it. The service has always been polite, helpful and attentive. I like the decor and we find it both elegant and laid back. Great place to walk to (since we can!) and enjoy an after-work cocktail and meal. I only wish... More

My son and I were in town to see Lehigh University, but we also met with family members for Sunday brunch. We had reservations at 1 pm for 7 people. I checked in with the hostess to confirm our reservations and also to let her know that I was waiting for family that I hadn't seen in 15 years. I... More

Went for a beer and ended up eating here, the server was very helpful especially with the choice of wine. The entree (main course) was nicely presented not an overfilled plate which was becoming a bit of an obsession to avoid in USA, the desserts were really good. The price was no more than other restaurants in the area and the... More

My Mom treated us (my wife, daughter and I) to the Sunday Brunch. We arrived at noon (Brunch ends at 1pm...but they don't start taking things away till closer to 2ish). Maris took great care of us and made sure our table was cleared of plates every time we stepped away from the table. She was a pleasure. The food... More

We were staying at HoRtel Bethlehem and decided to go to TapRoom after reading trip advisor reviews. The reviews for this restaurant were 'On Point'. Service was kind and courteous, meal was excellent. French onion soup is delicious and the entree was a nice portion, leaving just enough room for an awesome dessert.
