The food here is amazing. The chef here is incredible... The only negative is the length of time. Everything is super fresh and cooked to order though.

There's no doubt why this place is listed as one of the best places to eat. The food is amazing. The customer service is great. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice. This is great for a business meeting or a romantic dinner. The menu changes daily and is made by the chef. Everything they cook is local. This is a... More

We have had the good fortune to dine at many excellent restaurants in New York, Philadelphia, DC and various capitol cities in Europe but none were better than Bolete! If you live in the Lehigh Valley you must try this place out. They have an outstanding brunch on Sunday and they are so accommodating. The cocktails are unique, potent and... More

I have eaten at Bolete several times over the past several years, and it has been consistently exquisite. The charming farmhouse atmosphere is both cozy and elegant. The menu is intriguing without being trendy. The execution and quality of the food is simply flawless. Every time we leave Bolete, we start talking about the next time we can go back.

My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday trip to Bethlehem, PA. We arrived at Bolete around 9 PM on a Wednesday and the place was full (in a good way), which was a great indication of the amazing meal we were about to have! For dinner, we had the chef's tasting menu, which was great especially since I am a... More

The first time we went to Bolete was because someone had given us a $150 gift card for our anniversary. Neither of us drink. Yet it cost another $50 out-of-pocket. Food was mediocre and the service was OK. Menu is very fru fru. They are very impressed that they are farm-to-table. I couldn't care less where the ingredient come from... More

We made reservations here while visiting our son at Lehigh University and we are very glad we did. The place is quaint, the service was top-notch, and I don't where to begin to tell you about the food. Starting with the dinner rolls and drinks and ending with dessert, everthing was delicious. My son had the scallops and my husband... More

First time eating at Bolete and we did the Sunday Brunch with some friends. We made reservations, which I would highly suggest because it was full. All of the food was delicious, from start to finish everyone enjoyed their food with zero complaints. Everything was hot and fresh. The food does take some time to come out so expect to... More
