My husband and I had dinner at Bolete this evening, and we could not wait to share our experience with TripAdvisor! The decor is so quaint and the wait staff is professional, informative, and attentive!! We didn't know when we'd return to the area, so we tried several entrees. Our server, Doug, was very knowledgeable about the menu and the... More

I will admit, as Bethlehem dining goes, you won't find much better quality than this restaurant. The location is convenient, the service good, the ingredients solid. You won't have a bad meal. Fella's...the ladies love this place. It makes them feel special. The issue I have is that it's seems like I have the same meal every time. Not because... More

We went to Bolete for our anniversary and it was such a pleasant surprise from the start to finish! Not one bite of food disappointed, and the chef and staff were so accomodating and welcoming! I cannot wait to return - especially for the butterscotch pudding :)

The rustic setting belies the gourmet experience! This centuries old stagecoach stop houses a delightful farm to table dining with wine parings to match. The sophisticated menu consists of the freshest ingredients and you can taste each and every one. The atmosphere is comfortable and not at all stuffy. We're happy the chef/owner found his way to Bethlehem. What a... More

A friend of mine Matt Cohen is a film maker and has done work for the Food Channel. He insisted that we go to Botete. I was blown away. Now it is my favorite restaurant. The ingredients and food are fresh, local and put together in a creative, outstanding way.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch. This place has a very earthy feel to it. My wife and I split the cast iron pancakes for an appetizer, it was excellent. I had the duck hash and it was really good. My wife had the eggs Kazmar(or something similar sounding), she really enjoyed it. If we are ever back in the area... More

Remarkable food, organic delicious perfect, best food anywhere. We live in NYC and nothing comes close to this. Service is very slow which is annoying. Room is loud on weekends because ceiling is low.

The food is fabulous, unique and quite special. Great cocktails, wine and the service is terrific. It's fun to sit in the bar, great for a date night in the dining room and we've had private parties there as well.

WOW, Bolete is a remarkable restaurant. My family goes there each year as part of the BAch Festival and each year the restaurant is amazing. The menu is never the same and focuses on local, in-season foods. We went to Lima, Peru this year and went to a couple of world ranked restaurants that paled in comparison to Bolete. Attentive,... Seasonal ingredients that are highlighted and prepared to perfection. A breath of fresh culinary air, a true delight to have in the Valley. Thank you!
