Dinner for a Special Occasion

This was our first visit to Bolete and we choose it for a special occasion. Reservation was on a Saturday evening, I called about a week ahead of time but was only able to get a 5:00PM reservation, which I booked. We went for brunch. We had a reservation and there was no waiting. A small tray of various breads and muffins that were freshly made were enough to whet my appetite but not spoil my meal. I ordered the pancakes with bacon and the chunky bacon was mixed in with the batter. They were served with pure maple syrup. At... More

Our second visit to Bolete. We took our older son for an opportunity to experience fine dining. Sat in the bar area, which was a little more lively than the dining room, but very enjoyable. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend Bolete for any foodies out there.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary. We made a reservation at 7:30 and left there around 9:30. When we got there, we had to wait about 1/2 hour before our table was ready. We went to the bar while waiting, but the bartender lady did not give us the drink menu right away. We finally got the... More

Every single member of our party of 9 raved about the incredible food (the salmon with beets was phenomenal), specialty cocktails, and the hands down favorite was the butterscotch pudding! Highly recommend!

You have to go for their Sunday brunches but you HAVE to call and reserve ahead of time! Their OJ and butterscotch pudding are my favorites. Was torn between their duck hash and duck chizmar so management combined the two and it was delicious! They start you off with flavorful carbs so enjoy!

First time we sat in the bar area, cozy, comfortable, friendly. As usual, the food was incredible! I love this restaurant. My husband usually is particular about certain foods and textures. When he goes to Bolete, his attitude is I'm going to close my eyes, I don't need to know what is in the dish....its THAT good. A man who... More

Atmosphere was great- Food was not bad, very rich. Keep in mind that the menu changes constantly and what you see on the website won't necessarily be there when you get there for your reservation. Every thing is made fresh in house and they remind you of that constantly I can't tell you how many times I heard "House made... More

This was our first visit to Bolete. After making a reservation, we received 3 emails from Open Table and two calls from the restaurant inquiring whether we would were coming on the day of our reservation. That's a little much to confirm a reservation. When we arrived, there was no hostess to greet us. We stood there for about 15... More

Went for dinner on Saturday night. We had an 8:30 pm reservation. When we arrived the tiny waiting area was full but we managed to sneak in. No one was there to greet us. We asked three times to check in but the hostess was nowhere to be found. My wife accosted a waitress who checked us in and told... More
