Most attentive service; although I was let down by the 10 minute wait by the crowded bar even when we had reservations. However, it all got better from there. The bread was amazing, perfectly seasoned and warm straight out of the oven. The waitress helpfully answered all of our questions regarding the menu. The food was simply amazing; I was... More

Took my parents and girlfriend to Bolete for brunch and wow what a great place. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. High quality ingredients which are presented beautifully on every plate. I ordered the Cast Iron Seared Slow Roasted Burger medium rare w/house cured bacon, red onion, arugula and crumbled blue cheese. Made it "Bolete style" by... More

The food here is amazing. The chef here is incredible... The only negative is the length of time. Everything is super fresh and cooked to order though.

There's no doubt why this place is listed as one of the best places to eat. The food is amazing. The customer service is great. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice. This is great for a business meeting or a romantic dinner. The menu changes daily and is made by the chef. Everything they cook is local. This is a... More

We have had the good fortune to dine at many excellent restaurants in New York, Philadelphia, DC and various capitol cities in Europe but none were better than Bolete! If you live in the Lehigh Valley you must try this place out. They have an outstanding brunch on Sunday and they are so accommodating. The cocktails are unique, potent and... More
