the Food was good. The service was terrible from the long wait to be seated (there was no host or hostess) even though we had a reservation to the extra long wait for our waiter to come to our table.

I love Bolete. The chef rotates the menu based upon what he can get from the local farms in the Lehigh Valley. The food is always fresh and is always perfectly prepared. I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. It is on the pricier side but worth every penny.

Six of us for brunch were accommodated without a problem. I don't know if they own a tablecloth that fits a table for 6 or not but ours was the only table without one. Restaurant was not crowded for Sunday brunch but it was active. The noise level was low making conversation easy. The food was very, very good. The... More

It was difficult for me to find a single thing on the menu that wasn't made with ingredients I dislike. When I finally settled on a burger, I was told they were out of fresh meat to make the burger. Others in my party, who veer more toward the gourmet, were not satisfied with their meal. Too pretentious for my... More

Every time we visit Bolete we are amazed by the cuisine. This last time we visited with a very well known chef and restaurant owner on both coasts. We told him and another restaurant owner from San Francisco that we thought the quality of cuisine was outstanding. We came on a week night without reservations and were treated very well.... More

Can’t Wait To Try Dinner! A trip to Bolete has been a long time coming but scheduling and available reservations for dinner have been elusive. While that hasn’t been good for me, it is a good thing for Bolete! Fast forward to a decision to try brunch instead… Brunch reservations were easy! We arrived early to the old small house... More

When you step inside, you will be transported back it time. This restaurant was once a carriage house, and now is a quaint restaurant. Outside the building is a stone house, and inside a trip back in time. This is not the reason you will keep coming back. The food is farm fresh (the chef changes the menu everyday). The... More

This was my first visit to Bolete and I wish I'd gone sooner! The food combinations are exquisite and the service was perfect. I was in a party of 8 and we were tended to very well given our party was larger than the average. I had the asparagus soup, the soft shell crab as my main course (with the... More
