I took my father here for Father's Day. What a good choice. Our server was funny and friendly. The food was AMAZING, and the desert was out of this world. Views from the restaurant and hotel are beautiful. Highly recommended for families or couples!

My husband & I stopped by the Hotel Bethlehem for breakfast on a Sunday morning on our way home from Hershey Park. The Eggs Benedict was deliious! We were not able to stay for the buffet breakfast, however, it looked incredible!! The restaurant manager, Kathleen Brown, was so hospitable. We will definitely be back for a stay at this beautiful... More

Ate here during Bethlehem Restaurant Week. Meals and drinks were excellent. Beautiful seating area with large windows overlooking Main Street Bethlehem. Service was a little on the slow the side, dinner was over 2 hours. Somewhat pricey, but great choice if traveling through the area and staying at the hotel.

The chef, Michael Adams, is one who we have been following for many years, and this was his introduction to the Hotel Bethlehem 1741 Room. My husband had the duck and I had the lamb, two of his specialties. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. You couldn't have a better dinner anywhere.

I hadn't eaten here in a few years. The Food was great. The service was slow. The they added a 20% gratuity without telling me. Good thing I looked closely at the bill. I've never herd of that on such a small party. Maybe a group of 8 but 5?

With the new edition of Chef Michael Adams, the 1741 Terrace in the Hotel Bethlehem is back to the excellence that it was known for in previous years. The new summer menu is delicious. We can't wait to go back and are looking forward to new menus every season.

My husband and I decided to spend our 35th wedding anniversary at the Hotel Bethlehem. Once we had arrived we made reservations to eat in the 1741 Terrace. We were seated promptly and a nice table overlooking the street and the views of the hills. Our waiter, Zack, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He made every attempt to make... We made reservations for Saturday night dinner and were promptly seated. The night started strong with attentive service and our appetizers came out in a timely manner. Then we were forgotten. It took about 40 minutes for us to get our entrees. I noticed that others who were seated after us were getting their food before us. had to call... More
