Located in Stovepipe Wells Village, we ate here several times, for both breakfast and dinner, during our visit to Death Valley and found that the food and service was quite good; however, typical of restaurants in National Parks, there is quite a price premium. Spend the extra money for the full buffet breakfast as the continental breakfast option is too... More

For a place that is at least 1 hour from any town, the food and service is great. My husband and I had Thanksgiving dinner at Toll Road Restaurant. The dinner was a bit salty, but we really enjoyed it

There is not a lot of choice in the middle of Death Valley. As it should be due to the location. This place provides a good meal. And a few beers on tap.

One of the few restaurant options in Death Valley NP offers a minimal continental menu and a nice rustic setting. The food tasted from average to very good; I particularly liked the quesadillas. The staff was friendly.

I am giving 5 stars to this restaurant because it is far and above any of the other food offerings in Death Valley. We even drove back a second time from Furnace Creek Ranch because of lack of food choices there. The service was friendly and competent, the prices were half of the Wrangler restaurant at Furnace Creek. The corn... More

Plenty of good breakfast foods and a pleasant staff. We had the buffet, but you can get just a continental breakfast instead.

First thing to say is that food is good which what is important for a restaurant but organizatiion has to be improved specially the reception. We can undertsand that it's not easy to run a restaurant in this area with a lot of tourists mainly from oversea but it' not a reason to be rude and this was almost the... More

I've eaten here three times and prefer it over Forty-Nine Cafe in Furnace Creek. Their veggie burger came with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and fries for about $12 and it was all pretty good with a rattlesnake sauce. I got lesser shredded lettuce and a small handful of chips at Forty-Niner Cafe. Also the chili and cornbread is pretty darn good.... More

Whether it was a night of just the two of us or the night nine of us had reservations, the wait was ridiculously long. Though we were the very first diners to be seated at opening time on the night nine of us had reservations, it took an hour to be served and by then most all of the diners... More
