Plenty of good breakfast foods and a pleasant staff. We had the buffet, but you can get just a continental breakfast instead.

First thing to say is that food is good which what is important for a restaurant but organizatiion has to be improved specially the reception. We can undertsand that it's not easy to run a restaurant in this area with a lot of tourists mainly from oversea but it' not a reason to be rude and this was almost the... More

I've eaten here three times and prefer it over Forty-Nine Cafe in Furnace Creek. Their veggie burger came with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and fries for about $12 and it was all pretty good with a rattlesnake sauce. I got lesser shredded lettuce and a small handful of chips at Forty-Niner Cafe. Also the chili and cornbread is pretty darn good.... More

Whether it was a night of just the two of us or the night nine of us had reservations, the wait was ridiculously long. Though we were the very first diners to be seated at opening time on the night nine of us had reservations, it took an hour to be served and by then most all of the diners... More

Food was Ok, prices were not bad, service was lacking. Long wait for our meal. The only place in Stovepipe Wells.

We went a few times for dinner and the breakfast buffet. The ribeye was so good, I ordered it twice! A perfect, tender, medium rare without a ton of fat. Dinners all felt "homemade". Breakfast buffet was nothing out of the ordinary, but a fare price. We got the continental, so I can't attest for the cooked breakfast items. The... More

Enjoyed breakfast...fortunately they let me pay continental price since I am gluten-free and only ate scrambled eggs and potatoes. Appreciated this greatly so I did not have to pay full buffet price to get 2 items.

Toll Road is the only restaurant in Stovepipe Wells, 30 miles from Furnace Creek Ranch/Inn, 70 miles from other services. Prices are a few dollars less than in Furnace Creek, still on the high side. Due to location near some hiking we were doing, we came once for appetizers, once for dinner. Some of the food was better than what... More

An overworked server made our visit an annoyance, we were both wishing we had eaten a snack in the motel room. Dinner took over an hour, most of the time just waiting. The grilled chicken salad was great but the cactus glazed chicken not so much. The server was tending to way too many tables and we waited too long... More

We had dinner and breakfast here while staying at the motel. Where else are you going to eat unless you drive 20 miles back to Furnace Creek, or a million miles in the other direction? Dinner was fine. $200 for 7 of us, including drinks, tax and tip. Breakfast was another matter. Only a buffet was offered. I think it... More
