Chef Wiley does a great job. Entrees and soups are better than the salads, save your $ for those. Call ahead seating sometimes works, sometimes not. Res. only for parties of 5 or more. Nice to know they have a private room. Sometimes you get seated a bit too close to others for private conversation, ask ahead if you want... More

The food is incredible and very creative. I love this place and would rate it with any fine restaurant anywhere in the area. I have eaten her several times both at this location and their old location always excellent food and service.

Four of us went to the Meadowlark for Sunday Brunch yesterday. It was our first time. Mom and I ordered the Potato Roesti, my wife, the Mushroom Migas, and my son, the Eggs Benedict and a short stack of pancakes. Mom and I also shared a side of French Toast. I also had coffee and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. The... More

Comfortable, can eat at bar if traveling alone. Very good food and nice choices in wine and craft beer. Ask what is good today. I had Vietnam Rice Noodle Salad and a great Pinot Noir. Next day I had a sample of the day's soup - Senegalese Peanut, and a roast beef sandwich. All very good.

This has become our "go to" restaurant when we want to go out for dinner in the Dayton area (it's actually in Kettering or possibly Washington Township, about 15 minutes south of Dayton). Reservations would be a good idea, as it's crowded pretty much whenever it's open. That's because the food is so tasty and it's quite reasonably priced. Very... More

This is a great spot for a family brunch; fantastic menu, big comfortable tables, easy noise level and excellent coffee! Good for lots more than brunch, too. Eclectic menu, reasonable prices. Reservations recommended.

We went here on a Friday afternoon as part of a wedding weekend. I was very impressed. All of us loved our food: roasted beets and goat cheese appetizer, fancy macaroni and cheese, an amazing and unique fried-lemon chicken sandwich (yes, lemons fried rind and all - delicious!), and an equally amazing fried green tomato/goat cheese/bacon sandwich. Unique food done... More

We’ve been wanting to try Meadowlark for a while now and it was pretty good. Their complimentary crackers and celery with carrot and ginger sauce was very good! We also ordered the spinach cigars which where amazing but had a kick at the end. Their garlic fries were delicious as well. For an entrée, I ordered their pecan crusted fish... More

Was told there would be a 20 minute wait for lunch. After 40 minutes, went to the host and were told that we were next. Watched others being called who came in after us. Were told once again that were next. Finally left and went to another restaurant.

My wife and I went for our 25th anniversary. Looking for something different and interesting. Menu was interesting but unfortunately, food was not. Strip steak gristly. Chicken dish bland and flavorless, kind of like the service. We won't be going back.
