Little bit of everything

Our family loves Doybledays. The menu is extensive which is important when dining with children. Kids love the pizza and I like the salads. It's a great place for a simple dinner.

This is a great family owned restaurant with large portions of food. The salads are very fresh and inspired by former local athletes who ate there growing up. From A.J. Hawk to Nick Mangold they jerseys are still hanging up proud in the facility. The service is quick and you will not leave hungry. Give it a try!

Have been going to Doubleday's for years. Good menu variety. Staff aways great, some have been there for a long time. We like that they are flexible. I like there Greek salad they will sub grilled fish for chicken, my personal favorite.

Went with a group of ladies and shared several appetizers. Saratoga chips were homemade with generous cheese, bacon bits, and fresh scallions. Beer batter in fish excellent. Nachos of the good and chips tasted either very fresh or homemade. My aunt goes frequently and loves the "not a chain" environment.

Great "bar food" fun atmosphere, good drinks, plenty of TV's for sporting events. A hidden gem that is perfect any night.

I have been there many times, but not recently. I went there with a friend for lunch and we both had the chicken fajita bowl- chicken strips with veggies and lettuce, cabbage and quinoa/rice. It was very healthy and delicious. I also had the black bean soup, which was delicious. The service was great- the place is very friendly. We... More

We have eaten at Doubleday's many times over the years, and the place amazes me every time. They have the most diverse menu I've seen, and all of the food is outstanding. They have salads, pizza, soups, sandwiches and various full dinners. It is inexpensive by today's standards, and the portions are large. The service is quite good even when... More

Went here with friends who live in the area. We all had pizza and salad with one of the four having soup. He raved about his soup, and our salads were generous and very fresh. The pizza we all had was with thin crust, and was very good. I would not say it was excellent, but would return and suggest... More

In general the food is okay, the wait is always LONG, and the atmosphere is loud. My favorites are the Monster Pizza and their chicken pasta soup. Outside of that, the menu is pretty typical America fare with a few exceptions.

You can't go wrong at Doubledays! A wide variety menu at reasonable prices. Prompt and very friendly service. One of the best eateries in Dayton!
