I took the family out while I was back in Dayton. Once again, the Paragon came through with excellent food! Filet with lobster - phenomenal. Prime rib - phenomenal. Service-excellent! We usually go dress casual and are very comfortable. It's nice to have a place to go to get a good filet when I'm at home.

Well I almost ordered the strip steak and man am I glad I didn't. I haven't had a filet this good in a few years. Kind of older crowd but very nice and polite! Dress up if you like.

We've been here many times, but I always find it difficult to find anything to eat, as they don't offer any vegetarian main dishes. Which is understandable, as they're known for their steaks. However, I'm writing this review because we received poor service last night--which I think is unacceptable at a restaurant at this price point. The waitress had to... More

Not kidding. Steakhouses are by far my favorite restaurant. The Bone-in filet here is perfect. Never had a bad piece of meat and it is always cooked perfectly. Paragon has the right dark wood-low light- leather seating ambiance. You half expect to see Frank and Dean seated in the back. As for LA , had experience with Bao, Stk, Mastro's... More

The Paragon has always been one of my favorite resturants but was really disappointed with my meal during a recent Sunday whem visiting Dayton. IMHO the rib eye has gotten smaller and the cut of a lesser quality. The outer char was on the verge of burnt. My friends who accompanied me said that they and others have noticed a... More

Had a family celebration dinner at the Paragon Supper Club recently and from beginning to end it was a very nice experience. When my husband and I arrived our children and grandchildren were waiting for us and I noticed that our granddaughters were all wearing flip flops ( the Paragon has a dress code) but no one seemed to notice... We have heard about and passed by this restaurant for years. The perpetually crowded parking lot told us that this was a restaurant we should try. So we finally did. Unfortunately and surprisingly, two of the three of us were disappointed. The restaurant accepts reservations only for parties of five or more. However, we used the call-ahead option and were... Steaks are always done to perfection. Paragon puts Carvers, Pine Club, and the Oakwood Club to shame

Back to this restaurant on an annual visit to Centerville, OH. Great service, friendly staff in a clubby booth. Very nice atmosphere. Their Prime Rib delicious and my friend enjoyed the Walleye special. Very good drink pour. If you call in and let them know you are coming they will add you to the waiting list. What a great concept.... More

I love the atmosphere as it reminds me of a New York steakhouse (my home). This is a popular place with long time fans. Most of clientele are middle age and older. Not trendy, but you will get a great meal and service. The bone in ribeye is a he best piece of meat I have had in Dayton. The... More
