I eat here weekly. Can't go wrong with fresh ingredients, raw fish, and veggies. Big portions for $8.
It's fast, but not fast food quality. The sushi fresh, made before your eyes and affordable (great for college students). We went here regularly with our UD student before she graduated in May. The quality and service were consistently very good. They even had a PBJ roll that sounds gross but is actually quite good and something you can order... More
There is absolutely no doubt that the service here is some of the best in town. They are all extremely friendly and more than welcome to help you choose what to put in your roll if you are unsure. They have given me pointers on a few occasions as to the best foods to pair together. I love the ease... More
My wife and I finally had a chance to visit Fusion. If you have never been here, you just want to prepare yourself (and at least know what goes well with what). Sushi was decent. Definitely, much more affordable than regular sushi restaurants like Thai Nine and Akashi. It's a fast-food sushi, but more like Chipotle ambiance. I don't know... More
I wish we had one in St. Louis! We visited at lunch time and it was busy. It was fast with quite a few choices to have it made with the ingredients I choose, just for me, the way I want it. The sweet soy sauce was the best of the sauced I tried. My husband liked it and we... More
When we arrived we knew it was a sushi place, but not that we would get to design our own rolls, which was awesome. The choices were excellent, although the miso soup was so-so. 10 piece rolls were a great value.
A lot of posts rip this place for not having super-quality sushi and not being fit for the sushi savvy. Well, that's not this places' intent. This place is intended to be a hip hangout that offers good food with a twist. It's a great place to meet and greet. Did I expect the best sushi when I first visited?... More
Sushi is great, but it's even better when you can have it made to your own taste. Great concept and great food. Plenty of different ingredients to choose from. The sauces are very good, I especially liked the Sweet Soy!
I loved it!! Great value and tasted great!!! I love ordering it just the way I want it. Services was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful :)
This place appeals to those who have no idea what real sushi is supposed to be. Fusian offers cheap, previously frozen fish to customers in a Chipotle-type assembly line. The expertise of a sushi chef is replaced by twentysomethings who mash low-quality tuna into untoasted nori before smothering it in cheap sauce. If you really want to have good sushi... More
