My nephew and his family took me here on a visit to the Yorktown waterfront, as I hadn't eaten all day. I stopped in for an order to go and surprisingly got the absolute best service by the staff, even though they were very very busy with a full house at the time. Had some fish and an order of... More

If you are looking for some delicious food that is not going to break the bank, this is the place. Our party of three all ordered off the specials of the day menu: oyster po'boy, clam strips, and crab cake sliders. Each item came with a side item. We were all commenting on the fresh taste and how it was... More

We had excellent shrimp and oyster sandwich's and the fries are some of the best around. I typically am not cold natured but the air conditioning made it very uncomfortable on an already cool and rainy day. Not sure if this is typical or they just had it cranked up to keep the guys in the kitchen comfortable. I suspect... More

If you are are hungry or thirsty, the Yorktown Pub is your best bet for good food and service in Old Yorktown. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. The beach is right across the street, so tit gets busy quick in the warm months.

The Red Snapper was sooo....... very fresh. I had it fried and it was delicious. We also had the fried okra. It was very fresh and good I like the fact that they split the okra in strips and it was lightly battered and fried very crisp. it seems to have had more favor cooked that way. The atmosphere was... A few friends sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender was very nice, polite and professional. The crab balls were more like stuffing balls, I don't think there was any crabmeat in them. They were very big and greasy too. The half plate scallops consisted of four tiny scallops and a good size portion of cole slaw. Food tasted... More

If you want great local seafood or a great burger, the Yorktown Pub is the place to visit first in the historic village of Yorktown. It also has a great view of the York River and the Yorktown Beach.

I was in Williamsburg with 3 friends for a golf weekend. We were looking for a good small town local bar. We were pointed to the Yorktown. The beers were cold and the food was good. It wad the type of place we could have sat in for a few hours and really threw back some cold ones. Typical bar... More

We enjoyed a very good lunch time meal for a party of 6, including 2 young girls. The salads were awesome with the best tasting tomatoes ever... must have been locally grown.

We came here really wanted to like it. The atmosphere is exactly what you would want to see in an Atlantic shoreside town. It seems to be popular with the locals as well as tourists. The only problem is that the food is spectacularly bland. My daughter ordered the po boy sandwich and discovered that it was a pile of... More
