Due to health issues this restaurant is closed. When it was operational it was a great place to eat. However this venue Has been closed for over a year or so now.

Found Carters and it is closed down - at least wasn't open 3 days in a row. We stayed in Willcox from Fathers Day 2013 through Wednesday and it was never open each time we drove by.

We stopped by on a road trip and were well satisfied overall. It's nothing fancy, but has a large selection of fried and grilled foods. You may get more food for the money at a chain fast food place, but the history of this little place makes it more memorable. Food was adequate and servers were super friendly.

consistently good, you cannot go wrong with this little piece of history, family owned, been in Willcox since 1953. The Carter Burger is our favorite but the steak finger basket with white gravy is also good. In my opinion the is THE best place to eat in Willcox, hands down

We stop at Carters whenever possible and have never received bad svc or bad food. If you want a cheap burger, go to MacDonalds...real old fashioned burgers, also like the steak finger basket..yum

Its a little place around for years featured in Arizona Highways. I remember this place back when I was in Grade school we would stop and eat while catching a movie in town.

We recently spent several days in Wilcox to hike in the Chiricahua National Monument and do a little wine tasting afterwards. One of our lunch stops was Carters Drive In. We found it to be a friendly place with good "drive-in" food. It is not fancy, but it does represent old Wilcox very well before fast food chains ;))

The food was ok. The portions were small, and the prices high. over $2 for a corn dog? $3 worth of onion rings was smaller than a small size at Sonic. $4 burger that should have been $2.
