surprising little gem

I never expect much on the food front when I visit family in the area, but we tried Thai Garden, and the Thai food was actually quite good. I have been here before and it was okay. We went again and found out they have new owners. Now it is one of my go to places.

Place has really good food and she is friendly but needs to understand English a little better. Restaurant needs more lighting. Prices are reasonable. Have eaten there several times.

Ordered the Tom Kha Gai soup and the Larb salad with beef - spice level 4. Excellent taste was not overpowered by spice. Tom Kha Gai soup has some inedible bamboo in it, so be careful, but delightful blend of flavors. The larb was spicier than I was expecting but not overpowering, the beef was fairly tender, and the cilantro... More

If you love Thai cuisine you have to check out this place! The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. The only thing that could have been better is the building is pretty run down but since it's in a strip mall im attributing that to the owner of the buildings not the restaurant owners.

The food is just phenomenal. It is much better than other high visibility Thai restaurants in the area. The restaurant is clean and the staff (family owned) is friendly and accommodating. Don't be put off by the location. I can't wait to eat here again!

I'm a regular here, and the food is consistently good. That being said, I get the Thai, They do have some typical Chinese, don't care for Chinese much anyway. Their #5 spicy (scale of 1-5) really is spicy, I only made that mistake once. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, including the constantly on tv, so I do... More
