Workers don't care

The service has gotten worse over the last year. We have came at 5 in the afternoon and there would only be about 30 people in the restaurant and was told we would have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Today the service is terrible. Was seated in a dirty booth. Had to ask to have the seat... read more

O'Charley's in Fort O, GA has a friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Their menu is great. My favorite is the California Chicken Salad. Totally delicious and healthy. My hubby goes for the pot pie. Their pies are always fresh and during the summer the lemon supreme, my favorite, is in season. Don't miss it!

We went with my mother and friends(2), The waiter was friendly but after that it got worse. The food came 45 minutes later. It was cold. They gave mom hot TEA instead of coffee and didn't put the I'm not going here again.

Service was very poor - our server very obviously wanted to be just about anywhere else. My husband's steak was gristly and when he complained, her response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" Unsatisfactory - we did call a manager who replaced the steak, but it was not done in a pleasant, accommodating manner. Despite the... More

We stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon and seated near a window like we'd asked, then were promptly forgotten about. While everyone around us was being served we waited 20-25 minutes before anyone came to take our drink requests --- and then only because we motioned for someone to come over! We were then told that nobody knew who... More

We were warmly greeted as we entered O'Charley's and taken to a booth. The waiter was personable and had a great sense of humor. Everyone was awaiting the snow storm to hit and were concerned about the roads. That was a conversation piece for us as we placed our order. My husband enjoyed a steak done just perfect for his... This dining spot was recommended by the hotel. Food and service was very good but not a standout on my trip. They were also late with the hush puppies but not the server's fault.

The food was good but the service was poor. It took at leadt 10 minutes before we were acknowledged as being seated. Then it took another 20 to 25 minutes to get our food. The house salad is no more than lettuce and cucumber. If the waitress would have come back to check on us, I would have requested tomatoes... More

I've been to this restaurant several time. It's hit or miss with the service. I've been there before and we were seated promptly and than I've been there when I've stood at the hostess stand five minutes before someone even acknowledges that I'm there. There are times when I'm seated that the server is there to take our drink order... More

My night to cook was a trip to O'Charleys. Fish with baked potato and just-baked dinner rolls was a winner for me. My wife's tilapia was also very good. The service was as good as the meal. I should volunteer to cook more often.
