Hobit Burger

You can walk to the Habit from the Crown Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel. The burgers and fries and really good. I have eaten there on several occasions and I have never been disappointed.

The albacore sandwich is to "live" for. For me I just add a little tartar sauce and I'm in heaven. Try dipping the great fries in the tartar sauce, mmmm good.

The Habit is a great place to get a quality burger, chicken sandwich, and the likes. The food quality is good and they have a variety of healthier options including Sweet Potato fries. I had the Santa Barbara Cobb salad and can definitely recommend it. This location is fairly small inside but does have some outside seating as well.

We eat here every time we're in Ventura. Our daughter attends school in nearby, Ojai, CA, and loves the Veggie Burger. So we always take the 30 minute drive from Ojai to Ventura for the burgers, sandwiches and fries at Habit. Parking is tight and minimal. The bathroom is outside and always in need of attention. Doors are commonly left... More

This lively little restaurant is located right at the northbound exit of the 101 freeway, which pretty much eliminates eating outside. The food, however, is delicious, especially if you prefer your burgers grilled.

This is a great place, wide variety of burgers and sandwiches and salads all at a decent price. Really nice too. Not your usual grease. Also have jalapeños and other peppers on the side to take for free. Cook to order so burgers are not sitting out, took 5 minutes to come. Great place! We will definitely be back.

Come here all the time! Service is always friendly, food is always fresh & never a long wait for it. No bells or whistles, just great! A perfect stop when at the beach or thrift shopping on main..

Two convenient locations. This one downtown has reasonably priced, excellent burgers with minimum wait. Much better than the fast food chains, much faster than a sit down restaurant. Good salads, nice people working there. You can't go wrong.
