Great on the water resturant and bar. There are tow one on the peir in Santa Barbara and the other in the Ventura harbor. Excellent fresh fish and be sure to try the Chippino, active bar eapecially on the weekends; they are 2 to 3 deep in Santa Barbara.

Salmon salad was pretty yummy with a large portion of well-marinated salmon on a large bed of greens - really liked it. Crab/shrimp salad was ok, but had some nice dressing options; again a nice size of greens. However, I walked away with a really bad headache - assuming they used a fair amount of MSG in something. Outdoor seating... More

Great margaritas. Fish and chips and heap of broiled shrimp plates at Happy hour. Nice setting although a bit noisy at times and bar seats are hard to come by.

I had yummy Clams and a cup of clam chowder. My husband had giant shrimp. Both were very good. It's nice to have lunch and see the water. Would love to go again.

Good local place to eat with a view of the marina. Loooooong wait but worth it. KInd of pricey. Had Sea Bass and it was excellent. Most of the dishes passing by looked extremely appetizing!

Been here many times under different names/ownership. Always crowded but always great service. We went last weekend and waited an hour. No big deal. Pretty standard. But this time, once we got seated, the service was HORRIBLE. Waited forever to see someone. It went downhill from there. It was just my husband and me. He got his food and was... More

Was here with a fellow coworker for a working lunch and were not disappointed. Waited only a couple minutes for a table outside and it was worth it (inside temperature with the open kitchen and seasonably warm day made it a little warm and muggy so sit outside if you can). For such a busy day the service was on... More

The Ventura location (original is in Santa Barbara) is on the harbor village-perfect setting for having a beer or drink and watching the sunset. It is often crowded here and they do not take reservations so be prepared to wait a bit. We always request a table on the outdoor patio as the view of the harbor and the mountains... More

Lunch at Brophy Bros. in Ventura Harbor is the way to go, as dinner presents too long of a wait. I had linguine and prawns--very delicious garlic red sauce. The view/location is wonderful, and the staff is great. Very attentive for someplace so hopping busy.
