Was looking forward to have a rather traditional fish dinner, and found the restaurant we expected was no longer there. The upper floor was a sort of normal sit down restaurant with an excellent view of the ocean with "servers." You seat yourself, but every seat was taken. The bottom floor, had plenty of room. You ordered your food at... More

We went to the downstairs part of the restaurant this past week with a group of friends. The bar is separate from the food counter didn't have a bartender the entire time so trying to track someone down to serve you was frustrating at times. I liked the menu, but thought it was a little pricey than other places in... More

The Fish CO has two separate levels serving from two separate menus. Upstairs is sit down with table service, good food but not great. Downstairs you stand in line, choose your fish, then the cooking method and any sauces, choose your sides and a beverage and pay. You then find a table and pick up your food when it is... More

Just very busy crazy, but, the party loved the food and atmosphere, there are 2 floors but a eleavetor who have a handicap issue. Upstairs isn't quite as crazy, the only draw back is you have to stand in line downstairs to order food, since they had a larger menu, Beautiful setting on the pier.

We love Beach House Tacos and appreciated the expanded choices and indoor seating (with an amazing view) now available where Eric Ericsson's used to be. The Ceviche with chips was very fresh, coconut shrimp yummy, and the best Tuna on Fire we've ever had is still available. This is a great new eating option on the pier.

If you don't mind ordering your own food, then you'll love this place. Put your order in and then take a seat at the bar that incircles the whole lower floor. Enjoy the sunset, watch the people on the pier, gaze at the ocean while enjoying a wonderful seafood meal. It's a fish market on the bottom floor, and full... More

Go for the view, not for the food. We live in Ventura and decided to try the redesigned Eric Ericssons - now called Beach House Fish. We began on the first floor where you now order at the counter - the menu looked very appealing but the wait to get to the counter was long - after 10 minutes of... More

Steamer pot of mixed seafood is a great choice. Had the shrimp, clams, scallops, and calamari in a tomato basil broth...Very good. Easy access from the pier on a chilly evening. Nice location. Sat at the bar with a friendly group and bar staff. Defintely recommend

Only go for their happy hour. 2.00.-2.50 for draft beers. Their food is good but is very over priced.
