This restaurant is part of a chain, and its food reflects that, bland and corporate. Dining room is in desperate need of a makeover. Service is good.

Romano's Ventura location continues to be one of our favorite dining options. The staff is always attentive and ready to accommodate our needs. The menu selections are varied so that everyone in our party from the youngest to the oldest can find choices that are their favorites or meet their dietary needs.

Since we no longer have a Macaroni Grill in the Palm Springs area, I always look for one when traveling as their Happy Hour wine is great as well as their Pollo Caprese! Felt like home and the other patrons in the bar are ALWAYS good company.

The waitress- Suzanna should not be in the food service industry. We love Romano's, we celebrated many of our milestone there but tonight was unfortunate. When my wife and my 21 month-old son first walked in, my wife told the server that we need to wait. Suzanna, did not show the most accommodating gesture ( aka gave my wife a... More

Went to dinner here at our friend's request and I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality. Good place for a casual dinner out with friends

I called a week in advance for a reservation and to request a booth- when we arrived a booth was unavailable. there were no birthday singers- when I made the reservation, I mentioned we had two birthdays! I was told that the server would be made aware of this- he was not.. the bread was delicious! but I will not... More

Came by 3 years after I first went. Back then I was quite impressed. But now, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. There was a long line and took half an hour to get in. The food was lousy: tasteless meat balls with an odd flavor (either poor meat or old), inedible Zucchini Friti, dry chicken, barely... More

Came in with expectations of a chain restaurant and left satisfied and full. If your looking for gourmet, this is not the place for you. Had a tasty chicken dish and a pasta dish, both were good but average. Rosemary bread was outstanding. Service was a bit slow but waiter was friendly and accommodating. If your in the area, stop... It's a chain restaurant, so the food is pretty consistent, but it's just average. I would eat here again, the service was pretty good.

You won't be discussing the esoteric qualities of the latest "foodie" trends after eating here but you will have had about as nicely prepared a meal as a chain restaurant is capable of. My family ate there last week and everything was spot on. I had a lower calorie (less that 500 cal.) Pollo Caprese and it was delicious. A... More
