It has slipped a little since it first opened, but we always enjoy admiring the work that went into restoring the building. We love their Sunday breakfasts.

I went to the Watermark on Main Street for my birthday and while the rerstaurant is OK, they somehow missed the mark. My date had fish with a sauce on it that was not good and my date wouldn't eat it. My steak was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Since we are not big drinkers we shared a...

Love the Watermark! I'm afraid to go there thinking it is too expensive, but I was wrong. I took my friends for breakfast Sunday, and they loved it. The waiter appologized because they had a huge party, and service may be slow. Service was not slow, it was wonderful. The food is always excellent! The complimentary champagne was a nice...

A Beautifully restored building houses a great restaurant with excellent food. One side of the menu tends to classic chophouse; the other side a "farm to table" bonanza.
We opted for the latter. House made ravioli with a veal filling in a light cream sauce was full flavored but not too heavy. We started with a greens & pear salad...

Friday night, we were trying to go in just for a drink...
There were two "Bouncers" at the door. Not only were they not friendly, they were down-right rude and inhospitable. In fact they refused to even acknowledge us.... They were too busy with their personal conversation about "going back to college & getting a degree".

This is suppose to be a very Posh "Upscale" restaurant & bar. I had been arguing w/ my friend to go here for several months, so for Valentine's we went.
Fist let me tell you the good thing: The two young women who served us, were lovely: Rachel & Cassidy, very nice & delightful and I tipped them according to...

A really great place for a "date night" dinner. Have a drink in the lounge at the top which has an outdoor patio looking out at the mountains above Ventura.
The Watermark is housed in an old bank building, I believe some of the items such as the vault door are still there. Lovely bar on the second floor they even had a "private" room that we were able to assemble in as we had a semi-large party with us(about 12 people) and we were able to laugh and talk...
