I go to Vagabond all the time. They have great breakfasts, but good food for all of their meals. And, if you like the daily specials, it's a wonderful deal.

I can only think people come here because they meet friends or it feels familiar. The coffee to the dessert was too salty/sweet/tasteless or had gravy to cover it up. Nothing was fresh. My salad looked like it came from a bag. This place is in an area with the freshest vegetables in America, year round, yet everything was processed.

Once a premier neighborhood coffee shop with fine breakfast, lunch, dinner. A destination although a coffee shop. Now just average. Slow service. Eggs not as requested. Specialty potatoes filled with massive amounts of near raw onion. Sure not what it used to be.

Used to go here when I was growing up. Hasn't changed a bit except they now offer beer and wine. Staff is great

Good home cooking style food. Reasonable prices, not fancy but who cares. Serve a very good breakfast and if you want fried chicken, it isn't cooked until you order it; no steam table.

First-rate throwback to the 50's. Returned after 30 year absence and found nothing had changed. Plain decor, excellent food and friendly (if elderly) waitresses. The flawless old time coffee shop. Enjoy the fried chicken and hot pork sandwich and leave your pretentious attitude behind. You and your tummy will be the better for it.

If you are in need of some food this place is acceptable. Don't go out of your way to get here but don't be afraid to walk through the doors either.

Tasty little place that was perfectly located across our hotel. Staff was delightfully friendly. Food was tasty and served nice and hot. Great choice of desserts!

Finally tried this restaurant after many years driving on by. From the outside it is not impressive, the interior decor is dated but a comfortable feel and the staff were great. The menu is varied so you have quite a large choice. Not too many places actually prepare their fried chicken from scratch but vagabond does and definitely worth the 20... More
