I felt my NY strip steak was above average, but not near as good as a high end steak joint. I had very little wasted fat, which is good. My wife said her filet was good and tender, but most of it was too pink for her. She ordered medium well and that is how it was cooked. However, the... More

Best steak hands down! You can actually spend the day there walking the grounds, checking out the mini zoo, letting the kids play in the playground, shopping in the little gift shop but...did I mention the steaks!!!

It was my first visit to Cattleman's Restaurant and would highly reccomend it and definitely return! The Fillet Mignon was so tender that I cut it with my fork. THE best ever! Also enjoyed all the different animals and the play area for the children can also be fun for grown-ups as well. All the history was fascinating; war paraphanalia... More

Excellent restaurant. Service was great. I also had one of the best Top Sirloin ever. Next time I'm in the area I will be going back.

You could make a meal just out of the beef cube appetizer it is so plentiful and delicious, but you can only do this if you are eating alone! Everyone digs into this app the minute it comes, and heck you can't blame them! Delicious! Having lived in El Paso for 4 years, I have eaten here many times, and... More

I lived in El Paso for a year, and quite honestly this is the only reason i would return for a visit. The "cowboy" steak was one of the best I have ever eaten. Great history and great food, all under one roof!

Bottom line is this. When you go to this restaurant, have a great and full filling meal (you'll end up with a meat comma here), pay your bill and walk outside to head home. You will notice that you smell the steaks cooking and you say to yourself that smells soooo damn good, you know you just had the best... More

$35 for the best steak I've ever had left me feeling like I stole something! I mean usually if you want a good steak you expect to pay big bucks for a 6oz but NOPE not here!! I will be back & next time I'm bringing my girlfriend this would easily impress someone on a date or business proposal without... More

The food and atmosphere were amazing!! We walked and looked at the animals and stood on the patio to take in the scenery. The steak was cooked to perfection. I didn't care for the pineapple cole slaw but that didn't take away from the experience.

Phenomenal as always! Thick cut of prime beef, cooked to perfection, served with pineapple coleslaw, ranch style beans and a huge baked potato. We have been to Cattlemen's over a dozen times and it always exceeds our expectations. Great place for family dinners or semi-romantic meal (always a bit noisy due to the number of patrons; the place must have... More
