I don't know or care to know who this Kimberly J. is and her ignorant comments about El Paso restaurants reviews "not the norm in El Paso". One must be careful with the comments posted on line specially when it may end up stereotyping a group of people. El Paso is not where I'm from, but I have lived here... More

We sat at the bar and Cesar waited on us. He was very attentive and friendly during our entire stay. As we were leaving he offered a tea to go which hit a home-run with me since we were in a hotel and didn't have easy access to refreshments.

My family and I like olive garden very much. And the Cielo Vista one is the one we go the most. It used to be very good, but this last time was not as good as usual: the salad was not fresh, the stuffed mushrooms were not well presented, and the food was average. The final outcome was not terrible,... More

Just about everyone loves Olive Garden. We've eaten here numerous times. But this time, will definitely be the LAST time! We ordered pasta and broccoli for our son. When he wasn't eating the broccoli, we took some and inspected it to see if there was a problem. Imagine my surprise, horror and disgust when I see what appears to be... More

We eat at enough Olive Garden restaurants to know how the food is supposed to look and taste. We commented to our server that the food was really bland, and he was concerned and offered to order another selection. The manager did not care, and even though he was aware that we were unhappy, we could not have cared less.... More

You can't beat Olive Garden's soup and salad lunch offering and those of us who got that were pleased. The others didn't get their food for a long time after we were served our soup and salad. Our server was great and the prices are good for a nice sit-down meal. It's located right next to Cielo Vista Mall. We... More

Having traveled from coast to coast and being an Olive Garden fan for almost two decades I can confirm the poor reviews this sad restaurant receives. For the past three years we have attempted several times to revisit our favorite Italian franchise with absolutely no stories of redemption. This place has the worst combination of service and food in all... More

My wife and I went there for a coffee and dessert about 8:30 PM and we had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated and the place was practically empty. We ordered coffee and Tiramisu so after another 15 minute we got our coffee that looked like tea and the Tiramisu was frozen. I can understand it being chilled... More

It's ok, but looks better in tv than it really is. Usually there's a long wait to be seated. Don't go if you're on a hurry. Salad and breadsticks are the best.
