This restaurant is one of my all time favorites. The food is always great! The service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is very fun. From formal dining. A wonderful bar area, and great patio for more relaxed fun. I've been going for years and have never been disappointed.

As a restaurant, this place has a nice atmosphere. Loud in spots but quiet in the dining area for the most part. The service left me cold, waiting for at least ten minutes to order all at once as the waiter seemed to just ignore us and the place wasn't that busy on a Thursday night. So we figured, let's... It sounds like we should have been a lot more attentive, Robert, and I'm sorry that we fell short. I'll definitely talk to our team about that right away -- do you remember your server's name? As for our menu, we do have a unique take on Italian and Mexican dishes, and we're curious as to what else you've tried.... More

Bring back what made the old MSG so great! The service and quality are sorely lacking, at the new location. Unprofessional service and steaks not cooked to order and/or served cold. We've come to expect so much more from MSG. We love the wine list and great menu choices. We hope they bring the service and quality issues back up... More

You should expect the best from us, so I'm really sorry to hear that you weren't impressed with our new location. Clearly, your steaks should have been cooked perfectly and served hot, so we'll talk to our kitchen about this right away, but we're really grateful that you're willing to give us another try. I know we can show you... More

First time visitting the new location on Mesa street. Did noto have a reservation and was told that we had a 15-20 min wait for two people when you can easily see that tables at the bar and also outside were open with no reservation. Finally sat down after 5 min; then was asked to take our drink order by... More

You're absolutely right, Mark. As soon as we noticed an issue, we should have admitted our mistake, fixed it and did everything in our power to make sure you left happy. It's simple, but it's effective, and I'm so sorry that we fell short. However, I really appreciate your detailed feedback, and I'll definitely share it with our team to... More

I used to live down the street from this place and it is always on my list when I visit El Paso! I love the food, service, wine list and location. Parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy, but after having lived in Europe for the last 6 years...you get used to walking a few blocks... More

Made reservations to eat here on a Friday night. The hostess took us to the table and said she needed to find us a menu. She never returned, another waitress came by for our drink order, which we placed and asked about a menu. She came back with our drinks but no menu. The third waiter came by and brought... More

I'm so sorry about this, Judy. We've never had such confusion surrounding something as elementary as a menu, so I'll definitely look into this right away. That aside, I'm happy to hear that you were happy with your steak, but I wish you were more impressed with our crab cakes. There should have been more crab there, and again, I'll... More

Ordered the Steak and Cake. Filet small but cooked correctly. Crab cake had very little crab...mostly filling. Beer was $8 for a pint of Stone IPA. Bread was microwaved...chewy and tough. Probably won't be back. Service was ok. Good waitress but dirty table...had to ask several times to have it cleaned.

Sorry we weren't able to impress you, Phil. The condition of your table is really upsetting, as is your bread's texture. Do you remember which day you came in? I'll definitely talk to the team about this, so let me know. Despite that, I'm glad you enjoyed your steak, and I hope you'll give us another chance to wow you... More

Looked cool on outside and in but order was screwed up and food was nothing special. Typical El Paso wait staff - poorly trained and unmotivated. Hopefully it will get better if the mgr wants it to.

Went there for dinner. It is a nice enough restaurant, and for El Paso would be considered upscale. The service was actually quite good, but everything we ordered was pretty much a disappointment. The steak was cooked well, but was not a good cut of meet. The tempura vegetables had no lightness at all, the were essentially dipped in heavy... More

Although it's good to hear that you were pleased with our service, I wish you felt the same way about our dishes. It seems like we fell short, and we'll definitely discuss this with our team -- the jalapeno shouldn't have been the best thing you tried! In the meantime, thanks for your feedback, and we hope you'll give us... More

The food at Mesa Street Grill is very good. It's a little on the expensive side however it is well worth it. There was a group of 4 of us having a business dinner and we shared a little of what we all ordered. There wasn't one thing that I wouldn't order again. Service was top notch and I would... More
