So sorry to hear about your mix-up during lunch. We should have been on top of our game to ensure that everyone had plenty of time to enjoy their meal and socialize, but I can assure you that it wont happen again, and I'll talk to our kitchen about your dishes as well. Thanks for letting us know about this.... More

This was our first dinner since Mesa Street moved into their new location. The restaurant is very attractive. The bar area is spacious and the dining room is classy. Just a couple of problems made the meal less enjoyable. First, we ordered a glass of wine while looking over the menu. My wife had a Chardonnay and I ordered a... More

I apologize for those initial bumps, but I'm thrilled that you enjoyed your meal. That said, I'm sorry if the apology wasn't clear enough, but we will make sure that these little mix ups are handled quickly and efficiently. Until next time, thank you for reviewing us. We hope to welcome you back soon. Cheers, Aaron, Owner More

My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal. We went in at about 7pm and were seated right away. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped jalapeños- they were spicy, and would have benefited from more herbed cream cheese. The bread was excellent, with both butter and an oil/balsamic dip. We had a wedge salad and the steak soup, and both... More

There is a large parking lot serving the restaurant and another business. We found one of the few available spaces on the side of the hill. This is a first class restaurant that is kind of pricey. There was about a twenty minute wait to be seated. There is a full bar and extensive wine list. There are a few... More

It's a great place to spoke a cigar on a cold or windy day cause of the classy enclosed patio area. I know the owners & And they take dining seriously. If you have the money,... More

While the food is great as with the service, I can't say it is one of the best. Would I recommend? Yes, for El Paso, it's one of their better offerings.

First off I am not a fan of a la cart dinning. And for the prices at Mesa Street grill I see no reason why a small cup of soup or salad is not included with the meal. The prices are very steep. I do not mind paying when it is good quality, and the quality was very good however... More

It sounds like you did enjoy our dishes, so I'm sorry you felt that they were overpriced. We pride ourselves on only using premium ingredients for the best quality, and unfortunately they aren't always easy to get here in El Paso, driving up their price. We think it's well worth it, but we appreciate your feedback, Ann. Have you had... More

Great location, great atmosphere, great food.........slow service. Have been to the new location several times for lunch only. It seems to be a chore to get waited on. We have had to wait over 10 minutes the past couple of times just to get someone to even ask us for our drinks. Both times we have had to get up... More

Slow service doesn't cut it for me, either, and I'm sorry that this is something you've noticed consistently. It shouldn't be a chore to get someone over to your table, so I'll speak to the team to make sure everyone is taken care of right away. Thanks for speaking up, and I hope we'll get to resolve this soon. Best,... More

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Although the menu was fairly typical of a grill, there were some welcome quirks to the menu. For example, my steak came with a stuffed jalapeno which took a juicy steak to a whole new level. The staff was friendly and helpful and the wine selection was good. It was also formal without being stuffy.... More

I went to the restaurant this past weekend with my boyfriend and his mom. Our waiter right from the start rushed us for our drink orders and appetizers.. I can assure you that we do care, Christina, and I'm sorry that we haven't gotten back to you in a more timely manner. As you mentioned, the wait you experienced really isn't acceptable, and neither is the quality of the dishes you described. I want to get to the bottom of this right away -- if you can remember...
