Delicious

Came in starving after sporting event and left completely full. Absolutely delicious. Fast and friendly service! Interesting fact, entrance was in Texas and seating was in New Mexico.

Love this place. Very friendly waiters and staff personnel. If you have out of town guests who want Texas BBQ this is the place to take them. Plus bonus of the Sunland Park casino right around the corner!! Love it!!

This was my first visit and I was highly impressed. The staff were friendly the food excellent. My husband hasn't been here in over 20 years and said the quality was still the same after all these years. The homemade bread was well worth the extra money.

Everything was perfect the white bread was homemade and served warm I got brisket, chicken, pork ribs & sausage. Everything was fantastic I always love the atmosphere here it is classic old school BBQ at its best great Potato salad, coleslaw and beans and I really like their BBQ sauce... Two big thumbs up...

The food was top of line, quantity was large and terrific atmosphere. Waitresses were attentive and very attractive. We arrived about 5 pm and had no problem, but when departing about 6:30, there wasn't an empty table to be seen. So word has gotten out. Go early and have a good time!

I'd visited the State Line last year and was not that happy (I wrote a review afterwards). That must have been a bad day for them -- my father-in-law invited us to dinner at the State Line just the other day and the meal was fantastic. It was prime dinner time and the restaurant was fairly crowded. There were 9... More

We went to state line for lunch. It was delicious. We started by ordering half of loaf of their famous bread. It's served nice and warm. They have sweet butter on the tables that just melts on the bread. I had the 3 meat combo with pepper turkey, chopped beef and lean brisket. My mom also had the three meat... More

For Valentine's Day 2015, my wife bought us a full rack of beef ribs for take out. The place was packed as expected but picking up the food was easy. The ribs were excellent and the barbecue sauce from there is my favorite. It came with beans and coleslaw all for $20. A great value I feel. It's usually always... More

Although the menu is limited, if you are looking for great steak, ribs and brisket, this is the place for you. The only salad available is cole slaw, and the only non-meat entrée is salmon. The sides are limited to pinto beans and grilled veggies. The bread is fresh and good but costs extra.
