10 of us on a business trip descended on this place for BBQ, They are also a steakhouse but came highly recommended for BBQ, All 10 declared this one of the best they had ever been to Lots of selections from family style to 5 meat platters. I had the 3 meat variety with sausage, brisket and beef ribs. Melt... More

I ordered the lean sliders because I didn't want the sides of coleslaw, potato salad or beans. Although the meat had a really good flavor, there was chewy gristle in it. Perhaps I should have ordered the pulled pork or regular meat! Great service though and nice atmosphere. I'd go back but order the pulled pork. The sides don't look... More

I have only been here once. I loved the atmosphere here. And typical of Texas...everything is bigger. The cups...the silverware. We were there for an early dinner...not a lot of people there so service was great. Food was really good. It can tend to be pricey for a large group otherwise it's worth going if your in town. People were... More

Had a large family lunch here. The service was attentive and the plates were loaded. Several in the party raved about the ribs. Brisket tacos were just fair according to my husband, and the turkey was a good option for a non red meat eater. Sides were fair. As BBQ goes, not the best we've had.

Gorging on BBQ was intended to be the highlight of a business trip to this dusty corner of Texas. State Line Grill was the most disappointing BBQ restaurant I visited. The consensus in my group was that much of the food was reheated by microwave; we were left wondering if the meat was BBQ'd elsewhere and then trucked in to... More

We went to State Line Restaurant for dinner with friends. We had reservations for 12. Food was great and service was also great. Even though we were a large party they served us timely and all order were correct. Did I mention the food was great? Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Our server (Tara) was a joy and recommended the white home-baked bread. It was delicious with honey butter and could have been the entire meal! The service and food were terrific. The location is near Sunland Park and close to the freeway for easy access!

We stopped here for lunch. My husband had the two item combo lunch platter, he chose the homemade sausage and brisket. The platter comes with cole slaw, potato salad and ranch beans. The sausage is delicious, great seasoning. The brisket is tender and juicy. I had the pulled pork sandwich, the bun was delicious, the pork was tender and lean.... More

County Line is a good chain. We visit with clients them often. This one is one of our favorites as well as the Austin locations.

The food is always good. The service is average. It is pricy, but I guess it's worth it. You got to go to try it, at least one time.
