Great food, plenty leftover! Service was exceptional, and food came pretty quickly. Definitely will be coming back here on my next trip to Texas!

State Line was great for our large group. Come with an appetite. The sausage is a must. Pulled pork, beef and pork ribs also great choices. Service was great. Always made sure all was good.

This is a a high-volume place that does not take reservations. The line can be long, but if the weather is nice (and it usually is) sit in the overflow garden and have a drink. You'll get in soon. The service is very professional and your order will be out fast. The portions are huge but if you have the appetite,... More

The last time I ate at ANY restaurant that did not serve french fries to go with their Burger was....I can't remember, maybe never. Brisket was fair at best. This is over-hyped food from people who don't know real Texas BBQ. Granted my main focus is on the food, but it has all the ambience of a 60's Steakhouse, as... More

A half rack of baby ribs presented a generous portion of food. The sides were slaw, potato salad, beans, and bread. All of the items were meant to meld together. Also recommended the agave margarita which takes the sweet taste down to a great tasting level (on the rocks). Don't let the building or interior turn you off; it is... More

Use to be in the day this was the place to go for good food, professional servers, but it's lost it's zing. Went tonight and was very disappointed with the service and food. Our server seemed to be annoyed I asked her name , just something I like to do but since she was not wearing a name tag I... More

Great place to eat. Wide variety of dishes on the menu. We arrived around 6 on a weeknight, and was seated within 5 minutes. They do not take reservations, so keep that in mind for the weekend. I had half slab of baby backs which comes with potato salad, slaw and beans. My wife had a steak (cooked to her... More

First time at the restaurant and will definitely return. Another accolade for Manny, the waiter. We told him this was our first time there and he gave us the state line BBQ lessons. We had the five meat platter, which was more than enough for two, with leftovers to take home. The service was pleasant, fast and knowledgeable. It was... More
