We had lunch at the airport location of Carlos and Mickeys before boarding our flight home from a vacation in Cloudcroft, NM. The service as very good, the decor was appealing. The food, however, was just bland. After eating well days earlier at Kiki's near the airport, Carlos and Mickey's was, by comparison, a dissapointment.

In a city that borders Mexico finding Mexican food is no trouble. However, finding exceptional Mexican food is. This is where you will find it.

In El Paso last week had several recommendations about Carlos and Mickeys. Very beautiful and authentic building and quick prompt service but food was bland. My team had Chimichangas, tacos, enchiladas all were bland and missing kick.

We had a beef burrito while waiting for our flight at the El Paso Airport. Pretty good, made to order and better than fast food. The chef was waiting for our approval when we ate our meal.

The best place in El Paso to get authentic Mexican food. Food is out of this world and the service is excellent. Drinks refilled quickly. Everyone is friendly and you feel like family! A must go to! Whenever we have visitors this is the place we take them for a wonderful experience.

Had dinner here this week during a trip to El Paso. This is a very nice place and the service is good but I was expecting more regarding the food. We were in El Paso several years ago and had dinner here then and we loved it. This time the food wasn't quite as good. Ordered the Chimichanga plate with... More

Our son told us their foor was good so we ate lunch there one day. Our server was so friendly! My husband had a green chicken enchilada plate that was the special ($5.95 including drink) and it was excellent. I had a mixed taco plate that was really good and our daughter had the appetizer flautas-they were served in a... More

I don't usually eat here during the week. I find it very average food for what they charge you, so it is not on my radar when friends and family want to go out. Ok...now wait, I was taken there on a Sunday to help consume their buffet. OK now thats what I'm talking about! I have always said the... More

I'm a native El Pasoan and rarely do I eat here but I thought I'd take my hubby for dinner. Well, service was awesome but the food mediocre, especially for the price. I ordered the fiesta taco special and believe me, it was no fiesta. I couldn't find the meat in all the pico de gallo. Jalisco shrimp appetizer was... More

My fajita plate was pure onion and bell pepper but no thanks enough meet tortillas and my charro beans where cold and a drop of guacamole the pico de gollo tasted like it was sitting there for a wile I felt like they gave me left overs or a plate some one didn't eat ...if I was drinking like everyone...
