This is an excellent restaurant located conveniently close to the airport and several hotels. If you are a fan of salad bars, this is one not to miss. I made the salad my main course, and I wasn't disappointed. Very friendly waitstaff made this experience even more pleasurable. more

We ate here on our first night in town. I had a club steak that was fantastic. The salad bar was huge and had more things to choose from than I have ever seen. The prices were very reasonable. We had one dinner and one lunch at the Cattle Baron while staying near the El Paso airport. The food was very good and the salad bar was superb. Staff is very cordial. Overall, we were very satisfied. This restaurant is within walking distance of several airport hotels. more

One may think that a restaurant located so close to so many hotels would be a tourist trap, but it is not. On two visits, the place was filled with plenty of "locals".
