Great service; excellent drinks (Best Margaritas we sampled in Texas) & delicious food. The sauces are spicy & tasty. Don't miss it when in El Paso.

We read the good reviews... There was one from Lisa A who even felt it was 'upscale like' stating that it had the atmosphere of an "expensive place" but was inexpensive. She also clearly didn't drink with her 8 guests for the bill total that she had stated. I am wondering if all these good reviews are from people who... More

When we first walked in to the restaurant, the atmosphere gave me the feeling that the meal would be somewhat expensive. The décor was very soothing and modern and up to date. We were a party of 8 and were seated w/in 10 minutes from arrival. We were there for lunch on a Sunday. The foot was delicious. I had... More

We went here after suggestion from our hotel front desk associate was fantastic place to eat. We experienced live music and great food. Highly recommended.

I travel a lot for work and I am always trying something new. This place was recommended to me by a local. It was not a disappointment! The food is original and the atmosphere was classy. It does not seem like your typical Mexican restaurants that Caters to average Americans. Worth the drive for delicious cuisine!

Took my out-of-town guests to Julio's on Joe Battle on July 3, 2014 and I'll regret it forever. The service was so bad that I remained angry for hours and felt I needed to let people know. This restaurant had only one waiter for the section my family was in among 3 to 4 other tables. After the drink order... More

I am a Mexican food fanatic. One meal a day for me is of a Mexican/southwestern influence. It is amazing how many different versions of the fare exist in the American southwest. Just crossing a border between NM, AZ, COLO, and Texas brings a wide variety of different versions and variety. I mention this because it is important to set... More

Our family had a late lunch here recently. Our waitress (Norma?) was very good. We ordered tacos and several different soups. The tacos were good but the soups were really stellar. Among the four of us we had three different soups and each one was outstanding. My mother-in-law liked hers so much she checked to see if she could purchase... More

We immediately asked for a plate of beans and rice for the 2 year old we had with us and we got it immediately, making for a nice, mostly quiet time for all diners. The mojo ajo was amazing, the 2 fajita taco plates were cleaned, and the "pork tips," which the waiter had enough sense to call carnitas were... More

After reading the Trip Advisor reviews, my husband and I went to Julio's Café Corona on a trip through El Paso. I had Chicken Mole Poblano that was so good I am convinced there's no better anywhere. My husband's Cochinita Pibil was equally delicious and hard to find on menus. Julio's makes me want to move to El Paso just... More
