Deliciousness in Downtown Little Rock! If it's a Friday evening, or if there is a conference in town a few blocks away at the Statehouse Convention Center, prepare to wait for a while; when I went on a Monday evening, the line was out the door! This is a walk-up-to-the-counter-and-order place, but they do take credit cards. There seems to... More

The Flying Fish is a small restaurant located in downtown Little Rock. It has a rustic decor giving one the feeling you are eating in an old fashion fish camp. The concept is interesting, you stand in line to order and pick up your food when your name is called. There is usually a line, but it moves quickly. The... More

Great food, and worth the wait in line. Not a fancy place, but great time! You can get Catfish, gumbo, beer on tap. Or, sandwiches.

Really enjoy this place. It is very casual $$ priced but quality food. You can buy beer or wine but no hard liquor. Right on main street. Easy and delicious.

I tried this spot out one night, and I have made it a weekly spot. The fish is fried to perfection. I like my fish crispy and even when I get it to go, it is crispy every time. Each day they offer a great special and on Wed. is all you can eat catfish for $14 bucks. You can't... More

The grilled tilapia platter over bed of rice and grilled vegetables is my favorite here. Love the catfish and the hush puppies as well. Only drawback is you have to stand in line to order and can get quite busy at times and kind of loud but one of the favorite restaurants downtown.

We were told to stop here for lunch by one of the tour guides. I always try to eat on the healthy side and Flying fish offered some great options. We had the grilled salmon with grilled squash. Very well prepared, great price and super fun atmosphere- skip the Subway and the other chains and experience a local favorite. Two... More

We ate there last week the fish was thin and the shrimp was hard. The calamari was over cooked. It's a nice spot but I don't recommend eating there.

A good place for fried fish, kebobs, chicken and other sorts of dinners in a fast-paced setting in the River Market neighborhood. The line was long when we got there, but it moved well ... the locals seem to know the drill for ordering and picking up orders, but we first-timers managed to figure things out pretty quickly. No table... More

Don't let looks fool you when you walk in. You start by standing in line to give your order. There is a whole other dining area in the back of the restaurant off of the kitchen area. Food is very good. Be mindful if you order it "snappy" as the seasoning will be quite spicy. Highly recommend the grilled tilapia.
