Best service in town.

Nice place, withing walking distance of my hotel. Wide 10-12 selections of craft brews, mostly from the south. Several local options that were a hit. Food selection is wide and eclectic. Kind of southern, but really wider than that. Service was really excellent, so that's always a plus.

This is an informal eating establishment that caters to guests as well as locals.....The menu favors southern cooking and is served with class.....I opted for the southern fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and a couple of veggies on the side...turned out that this was a fillet that was cooked to perfection...the wife selected fried catfish tasted better than... We choose to eat at the Capital Bar and Grill due to it's history and location at the Historic Capital Hotel. At Christmas time the hotel lobby is decorated beautifully and is a site itself. Great place to snap some pictures. The atmosphere in the bar and grill and nice. Love the dark wood and comfort of the room. The... More

Had a really good burger here, $14 is a bit much for a burger but I did enjoy it. The Parmesan fries were a little salty for my taste. My friend enjoyed the cuban and chips. The pecan pie was very good. I found another spot for when I have the taste for a burger. Friendly staff.

I was looking for great places to eat between Missouri and Texas and this popped up on a website for good food. I reviewed the lunch menu and the pricing before deciding on this place. We did pay to park on the street with the meters. We felt a little out of place in our sweats worn for travelling because... More

We ordered this for our Christmas dinner to go and it was just awful. My husband got the catfish burger because of their chow chow sauce which he said he didn't think there was anything on it because it was so dry. I got the roast beef au jus and it reminded me of a hospital cafeterias version of a... More

Going to the Capital Hotel during the holiday season in Little Rock is a great experience. It is unbelievably beautiful, with immense and expertly decorated tree, and impeccably clean and beautiful lobby. Expect a wait to get into the Capital Bar. Park your car with valets (free and quick - but please tip), and go directly in to get your... More

Its a lovely and lively bar, with FANTASTIC food and service. It has a great atmosphere and energy. FF with bernaise sauce, pimento cheese, sammies, and more. Lots of night live music, good wines by the glass. A great gathering of friends place!

Chicken tortilla soup was delicious on a cool night and local beer satisfying. Splitting a sandwich was not enough food for 2! Bring at least $40 for a satisfying meal, more if you like cocktails. Nice bar area and great service. Would return!
