This was my first time at the new location. I was concerned that the food and service would not be as fantastic but was very pleased with both. Several of us had specials that were amazing and the rest ordered off the menu. Everyone in our group was so pleased with meal. Paul, our server, gave us the right amount... More

From the appetizers, salads, and main courses to desserts and drinks, I haven't had an Italian meal like this since actually visiting Italy a few years ago. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Vesuvio knows Italian.

We have visited Vesuvio Bistro at its previous location in the Best Western. The new location is larger with more room between tables. The food we had was very good. The menu has food from all regions of Italy; not heavy on the Southern Italian style which is often the case at Italian restaurants. The wine list is quite impressive.We... More

My wife and I stop by after eating dinner elsewhere for a couple of drinks. Dan made a really good old fashion and a really good martini. My wife wanted a "dessert" drink and Dan asked her a couple of questions. He then invents a new drink! We had a great time. Thanks.

The reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. This may well have been the worst meal I have ever had. We waited almost an hour after ordering for our food to arrive. The steak was burnt beyond eating, charred completely black on the bottom. My daughter said the lasagna was OK, but Olive Garden would have... More

I have never had Italian this good! I'm old enough to know good Italian(over 65). The spinach salad with goat cheese is indescribable. DO NOT miss there signature cheese pasta(your server will advise you). The shrimp dish with red pepper flakes and olive oil was also very good. Wonderful atmosphere, quiet and dimly lit. Server was well versed in the... More

Having lived in Little Rock for years, I had nearly decided outside of maybe the Capitol Hotel, there's really no truly excellent restaurants in town. There's plenty of good little cafe-like places to eat -- Sushi Cafe, Cafe Bosa Nova, etc. -- but no really good sit-down multi-course restaurants. The location is not at all high-end, but they make up... More

Saw this place on trip advisor. Nice decor. Good service. The tomato soup was great as a beginning. Ordered the shrimp diablo and my wife ordered the tortellini. Ok we have finished and I will say the food was great. Recommend. We had soup, 2 entrees, 1 desert for around 75$ FYI.

We were in town for a business, had amazing meal. Salads were amazing. Split lasagna, cannelloni and famous mushroom pasta. Each of them were delicious. Not cheap but good value for a special meal. Amazing service. Love this place.
