Finally....a place with great pate'!

We brought my mother-in-law here for her birthday. The seating hostess sat us in the back room with a large party. When Joe, the manager came by and saw us in there, he immediately offered to move us to a better, quieter table. On the waiter's suggestion, we got the deviled egg appetizer... read more

Absolutely love this place. Good beer selection, bacon-wrapped dates and authentic Czech dishes (fresh sauerkraut and svickova!). Owner and staff are warm and pleasant. Only drawback - unless you get a table in the very back, it does tend to get loud.

I have seen many sites brag on how great this place is but i had never stopped in. My mistake. Some of the best food i have ever had. Good service but the food will wow you. Small group and we hand many items off the menu and all was great. Sit out side if the weather is good.

There is much more to a restaurant than just good food. And this one has a great atmosphere, excellent service, perfect menu with a variety of choices and prices, and of course, fabulous food. Add that the kitchen is open until midnight and you have near Nirvana. Tied for favorite restaurant with one other! We were just there two days... More

We really enjoyed The Pantry last night. Brussels sprouts appetizer was really well prepared and tasty. Bacon wrapped figs were good, not great. For mains the Schnitzel was a big hit. I had the lasagna which was meaty and tasty. We will go back when we have a chance. Nice, comfortable, casual dinner spot.

Eclectic menu with a Eastern Europe twist. Everything is prepared very nicely and tastes great. Fish and chips, lasanga, salmon, etc., all prepared their way but are memorable & well worth a return visit. Very reasonable prices. Only caution - don't expect an intimate conversation with anyone, including yourself. Acoustics present a challenge (Hillcrest location) and it is very noisy... More

Couldn't decide where to go for dinner, so we used TA. Wasn't disappointed. I had the bacon dates and the pantry pot. Both were excellent. My son had the Nuremburger and my wife had the schnitzel. All were perfectly cooked. Service was great too.

Consistently very well prepared food with the best waitstaff in town. Quickly became a family favorite as is now a regular stop. The bar is well-stocked, and even has a few of my favorite, more obscure, single malt scotches. For fans of Czech cuisine, it is the best I've had in the States. Their beer selection is fabulous, with many... More

Our waitress was wonderful. We got cheese spaetzle and pate for appetizers. Our waitress brought spicy mustard to have with the pate, it was what she liked, and it really added to the taste. For dinner I got the rustic bowl, which I guess changes and it was okay. My niece got Wiener schnitzel. She said it was ok. The... More
