My wife and I just returned from eating at Lulav (or is it Cellar 220?--both names are on the menu so who knows). I wanted to write this review since we were there no more than an hour ago so it would be fresh on my brain. For the good part. Service was excellent. I wish I would have remembered... More

Food...9. Service...4. Again. We won't be back. The waiter was clearly in a Huey to get out. Ironically, so we're we.

The salmon was pretty tasty, and was $18. Mahi mahi, the "special of the night" was adequate at best. I thought they charged us twice when I saw the bill, but no -- the "special" cost $32. You'd think that if a piece of common fish is far more expensive than anything on the menu, that they might mention that?... More

This restaurant was not worth the time. They had pre-orders for about 45 people and nothing was ready when we got there - we still waiting 2 hours for food. Nobody was served at the same time. The food was ok, but not worth waiting 2 hours for. Many people in our group were never offered a drink and those... More

I don't know what happened to Lulav, it used to be good. It's now called "The Italian Kitchen" More like the Italian Kitchen Nightmare. My husband and I decided to go there for our anniversary since we had not been for awhile. The lounge was practically empty but the restaurant was about 75% full. The hostess sits us at a... More

This is not an Italian restaurant. The guy on the answering machine is an old employee. The chef is Mexican and doesn't have a clue how to cook. The pasta is not handmade, the sauce is not home made and the bread taste stale. Don't pay the extra $10 per entree for lobster, it's not real lobster. This was the... More

I had to check out Lulav after friends raved about it.... what a disappointment. The service was slow for starters. The steak was tough and full of gristle, it was served with cold, limp french fries. The chicken parmesan was black on one sided and served with mushy broccoli. What kind of "Italian Kitchen" doesn't serve some kind of pasta... More

We have dined at Lulav about 3 times in the last month and while the food has consistenly been pretty good, the service has consistently sucked. On our first and again on the most recent visit (this week), we watched a table or two of diners get up and leave because nobody ever came to wait on them. On our... More
