Not really in the mountains. Food is over priced and poor quality. Salad bar is poor. Locals rave about this place but if you have ever lived elsewhere this by no means deserves raves.

My boyfriend and I are Las Vegas Natives and took a trip up to Brian head to go snowboarding. Went up for President's day weekend. We were hungry after our long day on the slopes and punched in restaurants into the truck navigation system, since it was Sunday and our other favorite place was closed (not what we are used... Milts is a place we go to for a nicer dinner. We have taken guests there and everyone has enjoyed it. The beef is pretty good and they have a decent salad bar. It's up the road from Cedar in the canyon and you sometimes see deer grazing from the windows. There is little or no cell phone service there... More

Nestled in a pretty canyon, this restaurant is positioned in an old log house. The menu is varied and the food is great! We had the Ribeye and the Prime Rib. Both were plentiful cuts and cooked great. They season with salt and crackled pepper. The salad bar is very well stocked with wonderful vegetables. Your meal is served with... More

I have eaten at Milt's Stage Stop many times over the years and have yet to have a less than excellent meal. The salad bar is ample, the steaks prepared just as we asked them to be, and the zucchini appetizer is a great favorite with its cheese sauce. I have been so pleased, I have sent gift certificates for... More

If you read the reviews you will notice a trend. This is NOT the big city, we're in small Utah town. We have cabin at Navajo lake, weve steered clear of most local restaurants after so many disappointing meals. After 30 years of our Utah neighbors saying Milts is the best around, we finally took our suu son there before... More

This was our third time eating here. Each time eating there we had a /of dinner.we especially liked the salad bar, and the bread that comes with the dinner is rally good. The steaks and prime rib dinners that we had each time was good, not great but good. The only problem is the very high prices. The last time there... More

We try to time our trips to our cabin in Duck Creek so we can stop at Milts for dinner. Love the prime rib. Charming environment. Always very friendly service.

Found this little gem on Yelp when stopped overnight in Cedar City on a road trip. We got in late, so dining options were limited, but the reviews and menu made this the only option, because we weren't interested in eating fast food. The drive up to this place was daunting; we lost cell service about half way up and... More

We had dinner here for my husbands work Christmas party. It was great, the waitstaff was very attentive, and despite our large party the food came out quite fast. We had the prime rib and it was perfectly cooked, the salad bar was crisp and full. And for dessert we shared an excellent piece of cheesecake. We will definatly be... More
