On a scale of 1-10 the steaks are about a 6. The seafood leaves much to be desired, but hey, we are in Southern Utah, not exactly the epicenter for that type of cuisine. It has an assembly line feel to it and the cashiers are young and often seem confused.

Lower end steaks etc. Still looking for a good salad bar in Cedar City. Every once in a while I get a hankering for some breaded and fried shrimp and a salad... Sizzler. Wish their salad dressing was not so runny.
Salad bar is a priority for us, and it was less than half the size (and quality) of the Sizzler restaurants to which we are accustomed.
Good value for the money. The salad buffet offered everything that we needed. There is new decor to the building and the waitress worked hard to make sure we were ok.
Golly gosh, did we enjoy our meal here. The choice was superb and the food was so good. Service excellent and the price, what can I say, the best value ever.
There was quite a queue when we arrived to eat here which is always a good sign. It didn't take too long to order and get seated. There was a good salad buffet and the steak my husband had was well cooked. More good wholesome food than fine dining. Very good value for money.
