Didn't like the food at our hotel for breakfast, so we wandered down Main and ended up here, where we found they make excellent breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was good too. Tons of smoothies, which we didn't try. Great atmosphere, attached to a used book store, a very college feel. Very comfy place to hang out, way better than that "on... More

Very comfortable, with good food, lounge type seating and very friendly. If in Cedar City during summer, don't miss the Thursday Cabaret at 11PM. Talent all from the Shakespeare Festival, and WOW!!!! Great talent. Don't miss this show. Runs starting 7/10 through most of August.

We often pull into Cedar City for a lunch stop in the middle of a long road trip in Utah. Cute cafe with lots of tables and it has wifi. I'm gluten free and was pleasantly surprised that there were lots of food options for people with dietary requirements. It specializes in soups, salads and coffee.

I stopped into the Grind Coffee House when passing through Cedar City to get a cup of joe. They serve cafe Ibis coffee (which I had never had) and surprisingly it was one of the better cups of coffee I had ever had. Lots of comfortable chairs adorn the decor and invite you to stay awhile. The extra bonus is... More

The coffee and food is okay. I want coffee drinks made by people who know and drink coffee, not sure how many of the staff do. I don't like that it's not open past 6pm or on Sundays. I do enjoy laid back feel of the place, plenty of room to sit. It would be nice to be open late... More

After a nice walk through town it's always a pleasure to sit down at the Grind and enjoy a good espresso. My daughter says the smoothies are good and made with real fruit and yogurt. A must!

A great place to stop and enjoy a light lunch. We had sandwiches and coffees, and made use of the free wifi. I had a chicken bagel with blue cheese and lettuce, and it was delicious. My husband went with the spicy turkey on sourdough and really enjoyed it. They were tasty but also felt a bit healthier than the... More

You can get sandwiches, desserts, and coffee here (also buy bagged coffee, whole bean) and look at art on the walls, listen to live music (rare occasions), do wifi and hang out, and walk next door to the book store that shares the same walls and you enter from inside the coffee shop. There is a good bulletin board (several,... More

I live in one of those cities where there are coffee shops almost literally everywhere and I have a few favorites around town (Portland, OR). When I travel I will try local independent shops and am often disappointed by weak, sour or cardboard-tasting coffee/espresso. And I love to check out their pastries, though too many have overly sweet stuff or... More
